The bed was big and comfy
The motel was pricey considering there was roaches everywhere!!! They we on the walls in the shower on the bed. I have never paid the amount I paid for this room and its literally a roach motel. Do not recommend.

use to love this property until the creepy owner walked in my room without knocking while I was half naked was scary and distasteful then have the herbed to just stand at my door when I complained and wanted my money back no refunds no money to get another room I was forced to sleep with a knife under my pillow because I was afraid he might come back because he has a key and they don’t give us keys the buzz you in your room very human trafficking kind vibe I got this time

Location close to job
No keys to room. You have to ask the creepy guy to let you in your room every time you leave. Nasty shower and noisy location. Bad vibes

Unfortunately, that was my "last minute" selection to spend a night before the flight out of LAX. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything better and closer to the airport. The motel is just passable, I would give my review 3 points max, however, decided for the only 1 for the following reasons: please, keep on reading in the "don't like" part...
I have no idea how Rose Motel could get a 7.2 score?!?!?! Just keep on reading all the reviews till the end and you'll find suspiciously too many similar "exceptional" reviews rated with 10 points (with no details, no explanation, made from the same/similar profiles) - I think most of them are fake and made by one and the same person.... that's a shame... Yeah, my mistake, I didn't have enough time to read all the reviews.
I couldn't believe the score was 7.2 after my recent experience. The motel is run down pretty much, you will find a lot of homeless roaming around, picking up the trash bins at the parking lot, the location is not for a night hike. It definitely needs reconstruction. It was pretty noisy in the middle of the night at the time of my stay - there was some kind of street races or "tuning pimp my ride" police chase. I guess it's not happening every night. Everything is old there, you have the old-school key to lock your room. That's fine, I'm not picky. However, the room was dirty, not cleaned for a long time, the bathroom has seen better days before, found hairs and mold in the shower, stinky air & bad sheets, linens had cigarette holes inside.
That's exactly the place for sleeping fully dressed in a long-sleeved shirt and pants not to get bitten by any bed bugs. I found a couple of some tiny insects before going to bed, therefore sleeping fully clothed. It was too late at night and I was too tired to request a room change or just run away and request a refund. Try to avoid this place. It's even not a budget place - cost me over $90 per night!!! For such money, you can have a pretty decent stay in LA.

Location and parking is easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood
Had pretty low expectations, but it was somehow worse. This is a hotel where you sleep fully clothed on top of the covers while showering in the sink and charging your phone in an outlet behind the mini fridge

There was no Parking fee
Everything it was semi clean and the bed sheets were kinda stained

The price
The front desk was rude, and very nosey. I was bit by several bugs throughout my 2 night stay. It’s amazing price wise but lacks in other places

We liked the location was within our commute.
We loved size of bed. Room location.
When we arrived we were given a non smoking room, which smelled like cigarettes , and the bathroom smelled liked mold , the room hadn't been cleaned in a long time, there were spiders in the curtains , dust and crumps everywhere ,then they were cigarette burned holes and stains in sheets, the comforter smelled as well, we bought 2 pillows and sheets to make it more comfortable there was a locked room door owner said its storage and will not be used while were in it. We would of left if not for your no refund policy, i have to look for a good price while in escrow and this hotel is not worth what i paid for.
