We were so glad to have this sweet cottage and have the space and cuteness of it. The owner was so great on communicating and working with us before and after. This house is just full of supplies too. So many kitchen utensils and loved having the backyard and screened in area. If we are back in Atlanta, we will definitely be looking for it. The master bed is one that we just sank into and relaxed. We had to look at the brand of the matress topper before we left.

Amazing find for my daughter's medical procedure at a nearby hospital! We were not familiar with the area at all as we are out of state and Elizabeth was excellent at answering all of our questions before booking. The home is exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials. It is located very close to restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores so we had no difficulty finding anything we needed during our stay. Elizabeth is very trustworthy and kind ❤️ We would definitely stay here again if we ever needed to travel back to GA.

This little cottage (although extremely spacious) was the perfect place to welcome us in after a long trip to Atlanta and throughout our week long stay. The home is well appointed with everything you would need and is extremely clean. You would never know dogs are welcome other than the complementary jar of dog treats. The screen porch out back was a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and to listen to the song birds. You have your choice of coffee makers too! The backyard is very private and fenced in. The master is so spacious with access to the back deck. The location is perfect, you are right there at 285 and Perimeter Park. Although you are very close to 285, you are in a safe and pretty neighborhood area.
Elizabeth was an amazing host, she checked in to make sure we had what we needed and was extremely responsive. She truly cares about her guest’s experience.
We have to come back to Atlanta a few more times in the near future and we will be staying here again!
Atlanta can be hit or miss as far as safe neighborhoods. As I researched property, this home showed to be the safest area out of all the locations we looked at.
My 16 year old son asked if we could stay here again when we return, it just feels like your home away from home!

This home is cozy, clean and well stocked! It is conveniently located near Northside Hospital. My husband enjoyed walking to the near by lakeside park. I couldn’t say good enough things about Elizabeth and her home!

We were in town for my husbands back surgery at Emory St. Joseph’s. The house was an easy 6 minute ride to the hospital. It was very helpful to have Elizabeth as host. Communication was great and she couldn’t have been nicer. In addition, the house is very comfortable and supplied with anything within reason that you might need.

Clean property, convenient to son whom we were visiting. Nice location for us all to hang out and have our Christmas/his birthday together.

Well appointed home with everything you need to relax. Our dog loved walking in the park. Fenced yard is a plus.

Elizabeth was extremely responsive and the location of the property was perfect for our needs. Since we stayed for 2 months, the home was on the cluttered side with closets and shelves full of odds and ends. This made it difficult to move our own things into the home in order to live there for an extended period of time. Once we shifted things around, we were able to make room for our things in the kitchen and in the bathrooms.

Home away from home - Nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Elizabeth (Host) communicated to insure our arrival and comfort level. Would definitely book again.

Convenient, Clean, Well-Appointed
This is a lovely house that is very clean, well appointed and maintained. All of the rooms are very comfortable (particularly the beds) and the kitchen was well equipped. If you need to stay in the Dunwoody area, I would very much recommend this property. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Excellent!
Clean and well appointed (kitchen items, spices, coffee, lots of towels, pillows, nice bedding, soap, shampoo). Surprisingly quiet despite being close to the road. Internet worked well. Easy to communicate with owner.

This was our second time staying here. We love the house and location! Elizabeth is extremely responsive to any questions or requests.

Great Space Great Location
This charming home was perfect in every way! Great location - easy to get to all parts of Atlanta, and a great space - a lot bigger than we expected with large rooms, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a week-long stay. Was very comfortable inside with a wonderful yard and back porch. The owner was top-notch and very easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay!
We found Elizabeth to be a great host and the house in Brookhaven to be a great place to stay.
The instructions she sent were straightforward, the house is a nice, convenient to 285 and the Perimeter Mall area, clean, well maintained, and well furnished with comfortable beds.
The house has two bedrooms, a large master bedroom and bath area with large closets and another decent size bedroom with a full bathroom in the hallway right next to it. The living areas and kitchen are well equipped. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the television was pretty much just the local channels, so being sport fans, we could not watch anything but network tv, but this was our only “issue.”
We did not bring our pets, but the backyard is a good size and would be a nice place for your dogs to get some exercise.
I’ve were concerned about getting in and out of the driveway since it is on a fairly major road, but we had no issues as you are actually one of the first houses in the residential area and traffic seemed to slow down before the house and you are able to turn around in the driveway, so you do not have to back out onto the street.
If you like to stay in an actual house that is private but close to plenty of things to do, I think you would be pleased choosing to stay here. We would definitely choose this house again next time we are looking for a place in the area and it is available.

Met All Our Needs
We really enjoyed our stay! My partner is very selective & sensitive to accommodations, & he was very pleased & happy. The property was perfectly located for our needs, was very well-appointed & comfortable, & Elizabeth was very nice & helpful. I wish that we could've stayed longer at the house, but since we travel to Atlanta several times a year, we'd definitely like to stay again.

Atlanta Prime
The house is wonderful, located to all areas of Atlanta both highways and back roads. Grocery and gas less than 5min down the road. 10 min north is permeter mall for shopping. The house has great warmth and welcoming vibe in it and has all you ever need to stay there. My favorite spot was the back yard being able to meditate and watch birds. You will be happy with your stay here.

This home is a lovely, beautifully furnished, peaceful place to stay with everything we needed. The property owner is very responsive and thoughtful.
We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Great place during home remodel.
Our stay was so great! Had everything we needed, and our two dogs were happy there. My only thing is the internet went out A LOT. If you're on vacation with family, no big deal, but my husband and I were working, and I ended up using my phone for most meetings. Maybe an upgrade of the router and making things more current would help there.

Very Comfortable Home, Very Convenient!
Family stayed at this location for a short weekend "staycation," and really appreciated the convenience and proximity to Perimeter Mall and 285. The home is right on Ashford Dunwoody, but it was surprisingly easy to get in and out of the driveway, and though I was concerned about road noise before we arrived, it lessened considerably after 10 pm or so. Host was very communicative and would recommend staying here!

You Won't Be Sorry
Great place to stay! Very conveniently located right next to Perimeter and 285, but nestled in a very quiet yard set away from the busy road. Very comfortable, nicely furnished, with lots of open space. Great internet connection and convenient and easy kitchen with nice views from the dining room. Very responsive owner. Great deal for this part of Atlanta!

the property has a two tiered back deck. There are railings on top deck but none on bottom deck. additionally steps down to yard are not intuitively located, They are in far right corner of deck next to upper level. One of dogs when left out to go to yard ran right off front of deck and was injured, broken nail)we took dog to local vet up there for procedures including putting dog under anesthesia' bills are available to confirm above. Is owner responsible for injury ???

Wonderful quiet spot in a ideal location
Perfect location at perimeter mall and Buckhead, with the most convient access to 285. But even though your so close to so much going on, the house is tucked away on a nice piece of land at the start of a quiet neighborhood. Owners were fantastic. Backyard was phenomenal. House was clean and spacious! Totally recommend!

Comfortable Homey Stay
Our Atlanta stay was for a family member’s surgery so the homey atmosphere, bathtubs, well supplied kitchen and amenities were very appreciated. The beds were very comfortable! The deck and screen porch were lovely to enjoy when it was warm out, and close proximity to the hospital, grocery stores and pharmacies proved to be a blessing. Elizabeth was kind, responsive, helpful and accommodating from start to finish. We would stay here again if ever in the Atlanta area.

Good house for visiting family
This home had everything we needed, towels, bedding, coffee, creamer, sugar, spices and a filtered water container in the frig. There were ample dishes and pots & pans to cook in a nice sized pretty kitchen.
The place was clean and no bugs! I felt comfortable enough to sit in the floor. It has a nice screened porch and two living room areas making more room for visiting family. It really was a place I could relax in almost like home. The road in front of the house is busy, but we didnt hear it in the house and just had to be careful pulling out. Also, the dining options are wonderful and less than a mile away. The owner was super friendly & considerate in welcoming us to Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay, amazing host, perfect location!
This property was the perfect place for us! I traveled to Atlanta to have surgery at a nearby hospital. The recovery was rough and my mom and I were so grateful for Elizabeth’s house feeling like our home away from home during a hard 2 weeks. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor space, and more extras in each of the rooms than any vacation rental I’ve stayed in. It is VERY near to awesome restaurants and shopping, and in our case, easy for DoorDash to deliver food! Above all, Elizabeth is by far the best host I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely recommend this property if traveling to the area!
