About this villa rental
Comfortably sleeping 2 to 9 people, this exclusive Noble Villa, set in a privileged position on the hillside of the Medieval picturesque village of Sarzana, between Liguria and Tuscany, just a stone's throw from the Cinque Terre's fishing villages and nature reserve.
Built in 1897 by Cav. Emilio Mosconi, to be used during the summer and until S. Martino, patron saint of Sarzanello, who is also called the parish church, subsequently became (after the Second World War), the home of the family Furter Magni Griffi, until Death of the mother of current owners, in 2012.
Until then, the property has remained unchanged in style and furnishings and recently has been partially restored to provide guests with some extra comfort without disturbing the original plant and destination of the house.
The peculiarity of this home is just its story! Guests will feel like returning to the early twentieth century by enjoying the conveniences of the present. For this reason there is no television in the house but only wi-fi connection. Guests have the opportunity to prepare tea or coffee, to savor in the dining room or in the adjacent garden, perhaps accompanied by reading a good book.
On first floor the balcony affords superb views, which embrace the whole valley to the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean sea.
The beautiful large bedrooms offer totally privacy to the guests and every room affords wonderfully relaxing views of the garden and vast panorama in the background.
The villa is surrounded by a delightful park with palms and Mediterranean trees.

We loved the place! The location is very convenient if you use a bicycle ... just few km from the supermarket Coop and restaurants
It is located in a very quiet and green neighborhood. The villa is rather comfortable and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed new BBQ and outdoor seating area. Carlotta was very helpful and leaft detailed instructions for everything, so at no point did we feel lost or in any doubt. We greatly appreciated cleanliness of all the facilities. All - in a very good choice for vacation for the whole family!
