Location: on lungomare and close to the center, close to excellent bars for breakfast. Staff: very kind and professional, beyond their duties. Apartment: independent, silent, recently renovated with modern fares. Terrace: great views and well equipped.

Incredible house with excellent location

Overall room and amenities were very good, excellent really. We had a smaller place with one queen size or full bed and a pullout couch. Had a stove top, fridge and sink. A few things that made this place even better, the upper terrazzo was nice with a beach front view. Comfortable chairs and outdoor showers. Right across from the beach. Along the road had many things like restaurants and ice cream/coffee.

Excellent accommodation, good location, very helpful owner - highly recommended.

The apartment was a recent conversion which has produced a modern, very well-equipped (very good kitchen and bathroom facilities), comfortable residence which also offered a range of TV possibilities including Netflix. We found the owner, Erieta, very easy to contact and responded immediately and helpfully to any queries we had. We thought we might find parking a problem but during out the whole of our 5 night stay we were always able to park on the narrow road immediately outside the apartment block, The apartment is well located being within easy walking distance of the historic centre.

Nothing of any major consequence though we thought the design of the bathroom wash bowl area could have been a bit more practical.

Fantastic stay

Loved the roof terrace, great place to watch the sunset with a drink. The flat was clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful - quick to respond and lots of advice on where to go and what to do in the area.

A minor issue, but it was annoying that the power went off when you left the flat (so you couldn’t leave the dishwasher or washing machine running).

This place is super neat and clean. The beds are comfortable and the room spacious. We had great communication with the staff and everything went super smooth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Terrace and would highly recommend it.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the centre, and easy walking distance to a small supermarket and several small shops for meat, fruit and vegetables. On street parking was free and we had no trouble finding spots, even when there were some roadworks going on, which reduced the number of available spaces. We had apartment C, the living room was on the street (but we heard almost no noise at all) and the bedroom faced the garden. It was a very quiet apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine as well as a dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle and toaster and induction stovetop, microwave. We were there for 3 weeks and cooked a number of meals. A cleaning woman came 3 times a week. Our hosts were extremely helpful in providing information before our arrival, and checked in with us many times during our stay to make sure everything was going well, even though they were also on vacation. We were provided with numbers for local contacts in case of emergencies. On our arrival we found a bottle of wine and some snacks for an aperitive, and on New Year's Eve they gave us a lovely panettone and another bottle of wine. The apartment was spotless and all newly rennovated. A big bonus was the terrace on the floor above us with an amazing view of the see and the "lungomare" boardwalk. We had lunch and /or apertiives up there on many days. I highly recommend Sunset Terrace to anyone wishing to stay in Mazara del Vallo - and congratulate our hosts on their excellent service and attention to customer satisfaction.

I have nothing at all to criticise.

Exceptional

There was nothing left wanting! The accommodations were comfortable, up to date and if you like coffee, that is covered with any brewing device you use available. Sandro’s advice provided about food, beaches and desserts available locally was pitch perfect for us. We are traveling by bicycle and they provided secure storage that left us confident to move about town on foot as we chose.

We needed to plan more days there!

Absolutely positive impressions, we would book again for the next stay!

Big apartment, clean and very comfortable with a nice rooftop. Our host was very kind and patient with explaining and describing different possible activities and restaurants.
