We loved the house and the beautiful quiet area it was in. The city lights were beautiful from the deck, as was the fire table. We loved the location but couldn’t have gotten around without our GPS. My family helped me celebrate my 80th birthday. Dinner was terrific at the Pepper Tree. Tommy was available for any question I might have had. We would all certainly go back again

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children had a great experience! The home is exactly as shown. Clean and well stocked with plenty of room for everyone. The view from the back decks are beautiful. A couple of mornings we saw deer. The hummingbirds were very entertaining and the huge rainbow we saw after a rain was spectacular. We would love to come back!

Very beautiful & comfortable home. Plenty of room & privacy for myself, my 2 adult child, thier spouses & 4 teen/preteen grandchildren. Great hiking & mountain biking trail near by. Amazing & beautiful view. On July 4, we were able to see fireworks all over Colorado Springs clear to the horizon. It was a beautiful & Amazing experience! We were on the edge of the city & overlooking the city instead of in the middle of everything, yet about 10 minutes from Walmart and anything else we needed. Also very close too many wonderful attractions such as the Cheyenne Zoo where we were able to feed the giraffes & watch the tiger playing with his ball in the water. Fast & easy check-in. Very nice & accommodating host. Very clean home with everything you could need for your stay, long or short. Very worth the cost. We had an amazing & wonderful week! Thank you so very much Tommy & Terry!

My family and my brother’s family shared the house and it really suited both our families. With both sets of adults being able to have a master and the kids being able to have their own rooms, the space really worked out nicely.
Tommy and Terry, were wonderful hosts, replied to anything we needed very quickly and the house was nice and clean and was stocked with any essentials needed to get through the week!
We enjoyed being up in the mountain, watching the birds from the deck (I highly regret not bringing my binoculars!!) and looking out over the city, and just generally enjoying the peace and quiet. But, also loved that majority of our activities were less than 20 minutes away, and if we needed anything civilization was right down the hill.
I would absolutely love to stay there again!

The house was perfect for our family stay. The grandkids, ages 10, 10, and 5, had plenty of safe room on the deck to play and learn to use Merlin Bird ID. We enjoyed the fully-equipped kitchen and grill for preparing meals at the house. We all said we would not hesitate to stay there again.

This was perfect for a girl's trip! Would be perfect for families/couples, too. The location was great, and the owners were super responsive. Only one very minor hiccup and they were on it immediately! We all agree we would definitely stay here again!

in the description of the property the septic tank was talked about but not the well water....with signs of do not drink the water...How do you shower or brush your teeth...my son was to join us so the whole family could visit together....His kids are young and we went to his home 40 minutes away to shower and to cook and visit...could not deal with the well water...big letters in description of your home about the well water...

This was perfect family space to meet up with family to enjoy!

The sunrises were spectacular and the evening with the city lights below was just as great. The grandkids loved playing in the snow. It was a very enjoyable stay, beautiful home. Driveway was a concern, but we knew that before hand. Would highly recommend staying here.

We booked the house for a family celebration. Everything was as advertised. The house was immaculate and fit our needs perfectly. The only issue to be aware of is the long, fairly steep driveway. Can be hard to navigate in winter for inexperienced drivers when covered in ice or snow. However, the owner has an excellent plow service that really helped. Would love to come back in spring or summer.

Fantastic location with a gorgeous view. Home was very comfortable and perfect for our party.

The house was easy to hang out in, we used the grill and the outside fireplace. The view of downtown is amazing and it was fun to be away from the busyness of downtown.

We arrived at night, and the first glimpse of the view from the kitchen took our breath away! The owner, Tommy, stopped by the next day (for a very minor repair), and chatted for a moment. A wonderful guy! This house is beautiful, and Tommy and Terry have thought of everything a traveler might need. The kitchen is lovely and I enjoyed cooking on the Wolf stove. Twice in the early morning the valley below was studded with hot air balloons. Heavenly! We can’t wait to go back!

The house was beautiful and had amazing views of Colorado Springs from the large deck. Everything was super clean and the house was well stocked with all the necessities.
The house was very roomy and everyone had their own space so it never felt crowded..
We enjoyed grilling out on the deck and having dinner and playing games together at the large dining room table overlooking the city.
We took advantage of alot of hiking nearby and a short scenic drive to Breckenridge to the ski slopes..
Hope to return soon!

We loved everything about this house and will stay here again when we're back in Colorado Springs. Everything was well stocked. Tony was an incredibly responsive and gracious host.
We enjoyed unwinding to the city lights at night. It was very peaceful. We had easy access to Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. Absolutely fantastic stay.

It was a very nice home. The mountain hills are a bit challenging for us flatlanders from the Midwest. But we can handle snow. And the air is a bit thin.. We had a very good time!

This place was great for our family to spend time together for a special birthday celebration. The views, decks and the kitchen were all very cool. There was 6 of us and a 3 year old. We had plenty of room for a comfortable week together. The location was great, close to many places we visited like Pikes Peak, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the town of Colorado Springs.

Awesome house , clean , awesome view .. I would recommend. It is a bit scary coming down the drive at 7039 feet and the guard cable rail on the gold camp road is gone - yet a great stay , the home is exactly as listed . Thank you .

Fun with Family
We were in Colorado for my daughter’s wedding. The property is so beautiful in the mountains and surprisingly quiet. We spent many hours on the beautiful deck and hiking the paths near the house.

Lots of space
There was just three of us so it was lots of space. If you had a large group you would certainly find this to be a great deal. Everything was simple and as advertised. We had plenty of privacy.

Nice and quiet stay
The house worked out perfectly for our group of three couples and some kids. It was clean and came stocked with most of the essential goods like paper towels, etc. It is nestled up in the mountain a bit so a little 10 minute drive to get to most things but the privacy and quiet were worth it.

Spectacular views of Colorado Springs
Amazing home on top of the mountain overlooking Colorado Springs. It has a gourmet kitchen which is a delight to cook in. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had an ample space for everyone in our party to celebrate USAFA graduation. I particularly loved the library and the art around the house. I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful house and view!
The house is beautiful and spotless. The view from the huge deck is amazing. We sat out there every night. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need from dishes, cooking utensils and spices, to soap, shampoo and paper products. I have never rented a house that was so well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The owners were very prompt in answering my emails. We loved our visit there and plan to return asap!

Beautiful Home
We were looking for a place that would accommodate the whole family - this home was perfect! There is a ton a space, with wonderful views and a perfect location in comparison to Garden of Gods, Pikes Peak, Old Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, and more. We were able to cook and all sit at the dinner table. The entire process was so easy and the property manager was just a text away if needed. We will totally rebook this house again!!
