SUMMARY
Cedar Ridge #14 is a luxurious 3-Bedroom plus den, 3.5-Bathroom townhome that has been renovated throughout. Spread across 3 levels, this luxury property offers undeniably one of the most in demand ski-in, ski-out locations in Whistler. Located between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain, this property features a bright, open-concept kitchen, living and dining area, private single car garage with extra parking in the driveway and equipped with a portable AC unit in the primary bedroom.
Enter on the main floor into an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, large picture windows that highlight mountain views, a gas fireplace and large 65” flat screen TV with heated floors. This home has a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas stove, wine fridge, espresso machine, spacious island and breakfast bar and a dining area that seats 8 comfortably. A sliding door off the dining area opens onto a balcony with a propane BBQ, small bistro table and private hot tub. A single car garage offers secure storage for storing bikes and skis. A powder room off the entrance completes the main level.
BEDROOMS
A master retreat awaits on the top level of this townhome, with private balcony, king bed, flat screen TV and en-suite with a double vanity and a glass-enclosed steam shower with a rainfall shower head. The lower level offers 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king/twin split configuration and flat screen TV. The other bedroom has 2 sets of twin built-in bunk beds and flat screen TV. A shared bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead rainfall shower adjacent to the two bedrooms. An additional den/media room completes the lower level with 50” flat screen TV, a selection of puzzles/games and queen sofa bed. There is a third full bathroom off the den with glass-enclosed shower with a rainfall shower head and in-suite laundry.

Nicely designed modern townhouse
Super nice modern townhouse. Very spacious, kitchen was large and had everything needed. Location was amazing. Definately recommend for larger groups. We had 9 people and we had an amazing stay!
