Perfect getaway for my family. The pictures do not give justice to the peaceful and serene backyard. Everything was clean and easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet. Definitely a place that we will return.

We had a great time playing in the pool and BBQing. Host was very communicative and check in was easy, the place was comfortable and clean.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location of the property was is perfect distance to all we wanted to do. The house was clean & the pool was the cherry on top. She answered any questions I had promptly and even let us add a day to our trip to avoid a hurricane. We would absolutely stay again!

I came here with my bridesmaids for my bachelorette weekend and had the most amazing time! The location was right in between Downtown Austin and New Braunfels which was perfect for all that we wanted to do.
Martina was an amazing host and very informative! She provided us with absolutely everything we needed and anytime I had a question she was very quick to respond!
The backyard of this place is the absolute best and honestly think we stayed at the house more than we planned because it was very relaxing to swim, enjoy the hot tub, grill and cornhole!
Definitely will look to book again in the future! ☺️

Beautiful house inside and out. Amazing backyard with lots of entertainment space, covered patio, pool and hot tub. Stayed at lots of places that have hot tubs, but half of the time they rarely work. This hot tub and pool was immaculate and well maintained. The inside was very clean, modern, roomy and in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend to others.

Lovely property in a friendly neighborhood.
Great for animals and kids to play outdoors.
No oven. We considered having family thanksgiving celebration, but it’s a European style kitchen.
There are lots of great eateries close to the house.
Try the Pie in Kyle it’s a MUST…amazing!

A very beautiful and clean and comfortable place. It was truly home away from home. We all agreed that if we come back this is where we’d want to be. It was definitely the nicest place of the 5 houses we rented in the area for the family. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The highlight was definitely the patio and pool area. Martina was very helpful from the pre-booking phase, all the way through the checkout process. The house was extremely clean and we loved the open floor plan.

The place is exactly as advertised. Pictures are a great representation. The pool area feels like an oasis, especially at night with the lights on. Bedrooms are a bit on the small side so be aware of that, but they were fine. Really comfy beds. Big open living spaces, nice kitchen, grill, everything you need. The host is great with communication, super responsive. We all loved the place!
4.0 / 10.0
positives: House was clean and well stocked. Owner Martina was very responsive. Pool and spa were nice.
negatives: seemed to be no oven but i guess the microwave was also an oven. Grill in backyard was really gross. i noticed a brand new one in the garage so i guess they will be replacing the gross one. I tried to adjust a ceiling fan with the pull chain, the chain came off. I let Martina know what happened. At first she expected me to replace the fan. What?! I didn't break the fan. i pulled the chain because thats the way to adjust the fan. Seems like a result of normal use. How many times had that chain been pulled? was the chain already broke from the previous guests and just placed back but not secure. Who knows, but i didn't think i should be responsible. She ended up charging me $75. That also included replacing a rubber sink mat that i accidentally set a hot pan on. I did do that so no issue there. Anyway, i didn't think that was very fair.
