Enjoy staying in our renovated house 200m to bay beach and yacht club.Easy walk to town and Ferry. All windows fitted with security locks and security screen doors on front and back doors Can park off street if desire. Master bedroom with ensuite(Qs bed)TV and DVD player. bedrooms 2&3 have 2 single beds in each Modern kitchen with MW and DW Airconditioning and ducted heating Living area with TV and DVD plus DVD library. Main bathroom -double vanities and toilet Seperate toilet in Laundry plus outdoor shower with H&C water Outdoor setting for 6 and gas BBQ Laundry with washing machine/dryer,iron and ironing board Fully fenced secure garden Linen and towels supplied. Non shedding Pets welcome- by arrangement with owner . This house is ideal for a family holiday. We do not take schoolies bookings. Short stay requires fully refundable $100 booking fee. Security deposit $1000 for bookings over 5 days. Government ID required from person making the booking Extra person $25 per day All surfaces, lightswitches, handles, taps and commonly touched areas are fully wiped down as per the guidelines issued by WHO

Naomi was so great to communicate with - we were even able to get in slightly earlier which worked out perfectly as we were able to get to in to the house unpack and walk to Sorrento before the rain hit! It was lovely to come back to this cosy house with warm, warm heating and fabulously hot showers- a must after we got drenched ! The house is such a perfect location- away from the hub bub but still close enough to walk to the shops and the most important thing - along the beach! Definitely will be talking to Naomi and hoping to book in again!

Great base for ‘Girls short stay’ with 5 separate beds and 2 bathrooms. Cosy and warm, with well- equipped kitchen for dining in. Also perfect to have Loquat restaurant at the end of the street.
Love to return.

The house had everything we needed with great heating and comfortable beds. Check in/out super easy with a bottle of bubbles on arrival.
Naomi even gave us a late check out so we could enjoy a lazy breakfast on the deck in the morning sun

We enjoyed a great long weekend at Sorrento. The property was easy to locate, great location and brilliant communication with the host Naomi. We took our standard poodles with us making it a great gamily getaway. The outdoor area was perfect to enjoy the sun and a few beverages. The house was so well equipped down to glad wrap in the bottom drawer. Could have had more coffee pods,but a plugger was available as a substitute. Overall a good stay and thank you for the nice bottle of wine. Hope to stay again

Great property on a quiet side street and close to everything. The property has everything you need for a short or long stay. Naomi is a great host, very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

A comfortable house located a short walk from the beach - bus stop at the end of the street. I don't think I have slept so soundly for a long while. I'll come again.

My experience in booking & coordinating our stay at the property was very positive and the owner was clear and friendly with instructions. Unfortunately our dog was taken ill so we were not able to stay at the property - we hope to in the future.

Five stars really weren’t enough for this property - we would have given it 10. This is a very comfortable, clean property, with everything you would possibly need for a short stay. It was such a pleasure finding your ‘home away from home’. Thanks for everything Naomi.

An excellent base for special family birthday celebrations on the Mornington peninsula. Naomi was a great host.

The place looked nicer in person than what's shown in the pictures, and it was nicely decorated with pictures and other decors.
The kitchen was very well equipped with heaps of utensils for a huge family.
Having 3 toilets was a big plus too with us 4 girls and 2 bathrooms came in handy too.
The heating was very well appreciated in the chilly nights.
I guess it was slightly inconvenient that the place did not have any wifi, and the reception around the house was not the best. However it forced (kinda) us to talk more and ditch social media and all.
Everywhere else seemed very clean when we visited, but the only place that was not perfect was the dining table and we did clean it pretty well during our stay. I wonder whether the cleaners just forgot to wipe it.

Erland House exceeded expectations, both in decor and facilities. Excellent communication with the host. The location is just a few minutes to the Sorrento town centre and also to the Queenscliff Ferry. It's also handy to the broader Mornington Peninsula. Thanks!

Naomi was a great. Host. Always replied promptly when I sent a message. Her instructions were also very clear. The house is exactly as shown on the website. It was clean, spacious and very appealing. Being winter it was cold on arrival but Naomi had the central heating on for us when we arrived ensuring the whole house was very toasty.
3min drive/nice 20min walk to town. A couple of guests had bikes, very easy ride to and from ferry.
I would highly recommend staying here. We certainly hope too again. Karen

Short walk to the beach:) Two bathrooms and three toilets made for easy sharing for 4 adults. Really clean and kitchen had all equipment needed. Set up with lovely deck and treed garden for summer but the heating for winter was really effective and only took minutes to warm the whole house, perfect for our winter stay.

Would definitely recommend to stay at Naomi’s cosy property! Everything was as described, beds comfy, outdoor area lovely and kitchen fully stocked. It was perfect for our group for a one night getaway (which we had stayed more nights)!
