The apartment was roomy, immaculate, and I dont think you could find a better location. The views are amazing. Short walk to restaurants, the duomo; walking distance to the museums. However, I recommend highly to future guests that they have the property managers set the air conditioning controls to guest specifications - do not rely on doing it yourself. Another problem was the elevator. When you step off the elevator, the platform is an opaque plastic. One of our party is a civil engineer, and he did assure us that the platform was stable and the material designed to handle heavy weights- but for someone like me, with no knowledge of materials, and fear of heights, I was always made a little anxious by it.So something to consider if a member of your party also suffers from this kind of fear.

We had a lovely visit to Florence and truly enjoyed this place. Check-in was easy and the location was perfect. The place is spacious, clean, and well appointed. We’d stay here again!

The check in was so easy with the father of the owner who spoke English. The apartment was more like a palazzo in the middle of Florence. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms worked great for our family. Beautiful, spotless and very well stocked and maintained. The double glazed windows shut out all the noise. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Super experience. Highly recommend.

Wonderful respite after a day of sightseeing. View from the tower at anytime of day a glorious piece of heaven. We were able to relax and rest in luxury after long days. Near to the main sights and great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Stayed in Florence for the first time with my party of 8, this was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Enough room for everyone, air conditioning, washing machine, easy walk to the center of Florence, etc. Lovely place

This spacious apartment easily accommodated all of our family members. The location couldn't have been better situated for seeing all the beautiful and interesting sites of Florence. The host provided great communication and the apartment was stocked well enough for a tourist stay. The tower rising above the apartment was an added bonus, although we didn't use it much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, well appointed apartment and amenities Very comfortable beds and the host was very responsive to any requests/ questions we had. While centrally located, we did have to get taxi for our return to the airport in the early morning of our departure. Wonderful small lift. While the WiFi was very spotty, they are working to improve it. Thank you Sara and Annelisa for a memorable stay in Florence

This is a great place to stay in Florence. We had a wonderful time during our eight day stay. With seven adults, six of us seniors, the apartment always felt spacious. It was always comfortable being in the apartment. We appreciated the very large common room, the fully stocked kitchen, the three separate bathrooms, the washing machine, and the copula with the wonderful view of the city. This is a great neighborhood to stay in, just outside of the crowds, but in easy walking distance from all the sights. The WiFi was always problematic, especially with seven of us trying to be on line at the same time. There are Ethernet jacks throughout the apartment, so if you are bringing a laptop, make sure you bring an Ethernet cable.

This property is centrally located to shops, the Duomo, restaurants the grocery store and more. It is clean and very spacious. There were seven of us and there was more than enough room! I would definitely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. The home was well appointed and centrally located. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. She helped us get a cab for our return to the train station. We’d stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful apartment with a very large great room and dining area, beautiful kitchen, and great bedrooms - particularly the primary bedroom and ensuite. The main bathroom is also beautiful with large soaker tub. There is also a private observation room with 360 views of the city. This is a perfect choice for a large family or group - we were 8 people (adults and teenagers) A++

June 2022 We are five mature ladies who stayed in this wonderful apartment. The property is clean and bright with very comfortable beds. It is very spacious, and the air conditioning works great!!! The location could not be better to walk to the Duomo, Mercado, and restaurants. If you go out the front door and turn left, there are several very good restaurants in about a five minute walk. The grocery store is nearby also. The property manager was very nice and easy to contact. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer! We would definitely stay there again. S. Moore

A beautiful and clean apartment with gathering space and privacy too. Absolutely the best views around. Right near everything and still not too crowded. Full kitchen and washing machine. Only drawback are some of the late night revelers walk down the street and the sound carries. I would go back any time.

We stayed for a week in this property with 6 people. It was perfection. More than spacious. 5 bedrooms 3 full baths and a huge livingroom. It made our visit to Florence complete. It was in a perfect location to navigate around on foot. It also has an elevator which makes the 92 steps to the apartment an easy one

The pictures really don’t do this apartment justice. The lounge is huge with high ceilings and exposed beams. The kitchen is a decent size and has everything you need. The upper rooms have views out over Florence. The location is excellent; only 5 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco! All this and it’s in a quiet street, so it’s easy to get a good nights sleep. Marialaura was friendly and welcoming; always quick to help. If we return to Florence, this will be our first choice for somewhere to stay.
