EL HOTEL ESTA BUENO, NO VALE LO QUE CUESTA

EL DESAYUNO ES BUENO. EL PRIMER DIA EL JUGO DE NARANJA ESTABA HORRIBLE, LUEGO LO MEJORARON. MUY BASICA LA MESA PARA SERVIRSE. SE JUNTABA TODA LA GENTE. LA UBICACION ESTA MUY BUENA. EN LA ZONA TENES TODO CERCA.

ME PARECE QUE LE FALTA CALIDAD EN TODO SENTIDO. PERSONAL POCO PROFESIONAL. LE FALTA CAPACITACION PARA ATENDER UN HOTEL CALIFICADO COMO BOUTIQUE.

El hotel està ubicado en una zona residencial muy tranquila. El desayuno fuè muy completo. La amabilidad del trato del personal y en especial de su propietaria son de destacar. En general la estadìa nos resulto muy placentera.

No se puede decir que hubo algo que no nos gustò.

Hermoso hotel. El entorno increible y los jacuzzis con cerramiento vidriado son lo mejor.

El desayuno podría tener más variedad y unas batas para ir desde el hotel a la zona de pileta y jacuzzis hubiera sido lo ideal para salir del edificio del hotel.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Great rooms and balcony with nice view.

Location, clean, friendly staff. Brand new hotel so still have to get the hand of some things. In general very good with nice view of a lake, swimming pool and hills. I would go back.

The dinner could have been better, specially the service was slow. They weren't expecting so many people in the new year dinner so it was a bit slow and disorganized. Staff apologized and made up to it giving some extra treats and drinks. I would have liked to control the air conditioning from the room. To put it on or off or change the temperature I had to call reception.
