It was very close to the venue we were attending. Accessible and very easy to find coming off the interstate. Location is very convenient. The rooms were very nice and well maintained.
Only issue we had staying was the card reader to pay wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t take any of our cards so we couldn’t pay. But the issue was quickly resolved and the gentleman in the front was able to figure out a solution for us.

I absolutely loved my room. It was very comfortable, clean, safe and relaxing. I had a nice view as well. I felt safe, and relaxed here. I also loved the fruit infused water in the lobby! That was a plus. I will be staying here again!
I did not like that I couldn't set up my game console to the tv.

I was not able to enjoy breakfast. I left in a hurry. Definitely next time. Although it smelled delicious.

good location, clean.
Didn't notice slow internet in other review.
this hotel didn't meet our expectations. definitely not a 9+ hotel as rated here.
sound isolation.is very bad as others noted. The kids running next door constantly shutter your bed in the evening.
I find the breakfast below average. They only have 2 or 3 variants to cycle. We stayed 20 days and are pretty bored by the offer every day.
Not to mention occasionally there is a lady with grumpy face there, who barely responds.

The location was great for my needs.
The pool was underwhelming.

They location was great. Breakfast was more than expected, Kids loved it
I request 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed. Sofa bed didn’t have any linens. Called front desk 2 times never got them. So in a sense we where short one bed. We had to use towels and take some of the sheets from the bed to out over the sofa bed.

Element Ontario serves up an "element of surprise!"
From start to finish of our split 2-night stay, this hotel fully managed to set and then EXCEED the bar of our expectations! Having paid in full for the 1st night, check-in was a breeze, and I simply love it when prior to arriving, hotel personnel take the initiative to read, review, and adhere to the "special requests" of their future guests.
Our corner room, located upon the 4th floor was exceptional and in addition to the bedding being the direct equivalent of resting at the foot of the baby Jesus, we overheard ZERO hallway noise, and in addition the location being 100% smoke free, everyone appears to receive a view upon staying at this hotel!
Polished, pristine, and picturesque are, but a few words enabled enough to modify this accommodation, yet given the addition of Eureka restaurant located just downstairs, a great stay coupled by cocktails and burgers is pretty much eminent upon making one's way here!
* ** Note to anyone considering a stay here. It's best you know that Rancho Cucamonga.....the self-proclaimed "Beverly Hills" of California's Inland Empire SERIOUSLY comes up short with 4 and 5 star lodging facilities. In addition to Bears Hotel perched appropriately in East Highlands (just down the mountain from Big Bear), the Historic Mission Inn resting in Riverside, and perhaps Ayres located in Redlands, this hotel, perched some 20+ miles west is as good as it gets! From my fingers to your eyes......know in advance that this is hardly a bad thing!!!
I'd be remiss not to state that our 2nd night's stay (2 separate reservations since we left and returned a few days later) began with a hiccup, if not a nightmare of a migraine. Being "Booking.com "Genius (whatever that means), somehow I managed to accrue enough points for a free night's stay when using wallet points. --- Despite booking the reservation and toting confirmation in hand that the fee had been paid in full at my time of arrival and check-in,....... this hotel still attempted to charge me full price while alleging they'd never received a payment; prompting me to contact Booking.com ON THE SPOT!
Humiliating at best, this issue was resolved by passing my phone to the young lady occupying the front desk however one can only begin to fathom just how many travelers fall prey to this type of communication lapse all the while neglecting to so much as realize that they've actually paid twice for one single night until viewing their account balance once departing and finally returning home.
Something needs to be done about this IMMEDIATELY, as once correcting and resolving the issue as I waited idly with luggage, fatigue and a large level of despair from the front desk, I was then required to pay an added fee for incidentals to the tune of $100.00; a missed level of transparency that should duly be documented frontline and centered prior to completing one's reservation through Booking.com.

Lobby: lots of light, lots of seating & well-appointed. Fresh & clean.
Eureka: perfect. I will say, however, that I watched 3 restaurant staff members walk by some trash on the floor (like straw-wrappers). Food was super. We went twice.
Room: thermostat wouldn't stay where we put it (it got very warm over night). Ice box in mini fridge actually worked!
Pool area: patio furniture was beautiful but actually tough to sit in without sliding down.
No bell-boy (or anyone) to manage the luggage trollies.
Not enough luggage trollies.
No shelves or hooks in shower for my toiletries.
Too much construction between the hotel & the convention center - which is nobody's fault - just a hassle to spend 30 min driving 2.5 miles.

Our reserved room ( reserved 4 month in advance) was given to someone else. Created an issue and was offered a smaller room. Management finally gave us a larger room.

The hotel was very clean and well cared for with a lot of extra facilities such as a gym, restaurant and bar and outdoor sitting area.
The hotel staff were friendly and efficient.
The breakfast self serve options were very good, it included fresh fruit and juices, Peet's coffee, breads and danish, as well as three hot dishes (which I didn't try.)
The room had a well fitted kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, toaster, sink, and filtered water. This would be a great feature if you are staying for a few days.
The bed was comfy and the shower was spacious.
I would recommend this as a great option if you are staying in the Ontario area.
Our room was on the ground floor so we needed to keep the curtains drawn.
Our room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed.
The location is a bit out of the way, other than the hotel restaurant, there aren't any other dining options nearby, but if you have a car, it isn't a problem.

It was close to this weekend convention
Windows need to open a lil more

Breakfast was good.
4.5
We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel.
The rooms were like little studios, very spacious with a large bed, a desk, a little couch, a kitchen area (with microwave, plates, utensils, a fridge...).
The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and decoration was simple but with taste.
The bathroom had great Pharmacopia shampoo/body soaps, hairdryer and was very spacious as well.
The hotel provides with free parking, which is a very big plus, and the hotel is in walking distance of the Toyota Arena, very useful if you are coming to an event.
We didn't try the pool or the gym, but they both seemed very nice as well.
There was also an adjacent restaurant, Eureka, that served great food and beverages.
Definitely a recommendation for any couples or families coming to the area.
Breakfast was not horrible, but wasn't the best either. That was the only downside of our stay.

I liked that there was a laundry Matt.
I really enjoyed the facility.
I didn’t like that there was a restaurant right by the elevator, made it tough hard to deal with people from the restaurant.
