The location was brilliant. It was a short 2 minute walk to the slope with 2 lifts available. We had a gorgeous view from our balcony. There was a bus that came every 15 minutes to go to Bellecote and Plagne Centre, which stopped almost right outside the property. We were allocated a locker to keep skis and boots etc in, which was handy.
There was no washing up liquid to wash up after using bowls etc. The beds were dirty and the fridge hadn’t been cleaned, nor the toaster. We arrived and there were no towels so had to ring reception to get some sent up. It was difficult to get in touch with reception initially by phone. We asked for parking in advance, however not until we got there did we get told, there was no private parking available/it was fully booked, and to park on street however on street was also full for the duration of our stay so had to park far away from the property. This was disappointing. It met basic needs I.e a place to stay for the night with a comfy sofa bed however overall, not very clean.

perfect location for the slopes
Property was as expected, limited things to do
4.5 / 5.0
great location, very close to local amenities as well as VERY short walk to main lift in Plagne 1800 and ski school meeting point.
the apartment had an oven and ample worktop space in the kitchen (friends were staying in a more expensive, bigger apartment nearby who had little to no workspace and no oven!! a definite win for us!). we were provided with basics we’d need for the week, cleaning cloth, sponge for dishes, dish washing liquid and bin bags (again, more expensive alternative didn’t even provide this!). VVF also had great parking facilities, ski lockers, rentable fondue and raclettes, and very friendly staff.
wifi was poor in apartment 6. very little to no connection, often had to try and use own data, but that was also unstable. would suggest VVF invest in boosters as apartment 6 is perhaps too far from the router. but apart from that, it was great!!

The apartment was very good for what we wanted - a place to crash in the evening. It wasn't fancy or particularly spacious but it had everything that we needed! The ski locker was basic but a good size. The rooms were small. Separate toilet which is appreciated. The sofa bed was remarkably comfortable. Nice duvets, pillows and extra blankets were provided - not that we needed them!
The location was a little noisy with 3 rowdy groups waking us up in the night singing songs (badly). However, we don't know whether that was due to the circumstances of the resort shutting over night (due to coronavirus) and so people 'letting off steam'.

Very friendly and helpful! I would recommend.

The staff. We're excellent and very helpful, it is a 50 m walk from the slopes and the apartments are a good size for a ski resort.
The slopes down to plagne 1800 are an icy blue or red. My wife is an intermediate skier and managed them fine but If you are a beginner you will catch the bus down from the main resort. However getting out in the Morning was very easy up one of two lifts to the slopes above.
