The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to National Seashore land and hiking trails to ponds. It is located above a detached garage but we do not keep cars in the garage so there isn't any car noise or exhaust fumes. You will have full access to the garage for secure storage and playing ping pong and a darts. We provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella located in the garage. Guests have a private entrance and although the garage is located next to the main house, your privacy is important to us. You will have keyless entry and we sent you the code the morning of arrival. We are available through the VRBO app to help with any requests. The apartment has cathedral ceilings so it feels very roomy. It features an efficiency kitchen (not a full kitchen), a large bath, a large closet, large screen tv and cable, free wifi, and a private outdoor area equipped with a gas grill, a dining table and chaise lounges. A short ¾ mile walk on a path through the national seashore woods brings you to beautiful, crystal clear, sandy bottomed Gull Pond and if you are to explore further, there are many other ponds back in the woods. You can even hike to the beach on the paths through the woods of Wellfleet and Truro! The national seashore beaches (Newcomb Hollow, Cahoon Hollow, White Crest, LeCount Hollow), Gull Pond Landing, Wellfleet Center and Wellfleet Harbor are all less than 3 miles away.
