About this house rental
Sitting just under 10 miles from downtown Portland in the heart of the Beaverton / Aloha suburb you will find amazing comfort, style, and convenience for whatever you want to do. This home is the perfect group or family home in a quiet suburban cul-de-sac.
This bright and open split level home offers five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. While there are stairs off the main level, it is only about 7 stairs to go to the upper or lower level. Every piece of furniture is brand new. Great care was taken to maximize the utility and comfort within the space for groups and families looking to stay and enjoy the area.
There is a wonderful open living and dining area with a newly renovated kitchen connected as well. Stream your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV with integrated Roku. There is ample seating inside and out. Between the dining table, the bar at the kitchen island and smaller dining area just off the kitchen, there is room for your entire group. As you move into the large fenced backyard, there are two large picnic tables one on the deck and one just below. There is seating for your whole group outside as well.
You can't beat the location for almost anything you want to do in the region. Sitting just 20 minutes to wine country or 20 minutes to downtown Portland almost everything is convenient. The neighborhood is speckled with parks, trails, and the Tualatin Hills Nature Park is just about a mile north.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
Pets are considered and allowed with prior approval. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

House had a lot of beds to accommodate a large group. House was clean and the management company was responsive. If you are using all the sleeping areas there is not a ton of living space to hang out but that is just the result of needing to use all the beds. Overall good house

This was a nice space for a multi family get together, great layout for everyone to have space. The yard was pretty dead and lawn somewhat unkept and the outdoor seating quite worn and so we were unable to enjoy the yard like we had hoped to. The previous guest must have worn like a bottle of cologne, and we washed the main bedroom sheets 2 times but the cologne smell still permeated the room. This isn't necessarily the fault of the property managers, but because we couldn't find any extra sheet sets etc we really didn't have many options. The kitchen has an abundance of utensils but very few cooking necessities, like no baking sheets etc; we were still able to cook the meals we need though. The manager was very communicative however and the check in process was easy.

We had a great stay while visiting family nearby in Beaverton! Our kids loved the big yard and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own sleeping space. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall a great place. As others have mentioned, a couple of the areas are a little dated, but everything is clean and tidy. The communication with the property manager was beyond amazing. They were able to accommodate a couple of our special needs with no trouble. Again, overall, a great place. And they don't use the fake chemical to make it smell like it's clean. It IS clean. Thanks for everything!

Thank you for the comfortable stay! The space was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen of pots and pans for cooking. We will rent again!

The property it self was okay. The place had some upgrades but home is a little dated. Location was great, lots of restaurants and close to my brother. The best part about this place was the amazing customer service we received. I have never had a property manager be so responsive, professional, and welcoming. Any issues were taking care of in a timely manner. I would stay there again for the property manager.

Over all stay was good was not pleased when furnace went out and had to sleep in clothes. Next day was fixed they said did not work again when came home. They did bring two little space heaters but there were four of us in a big house did not do much. Window leaked all over the place had to use most the towels and change them out a few times did not get a response till next day. Was not offered any compensation for no heat. It was 13 degrees out side.

This was a great spot for our family to gather to attend a wedding at a local winery. There were many bedrooms so lots of space for a couple and their kids plus two other couples. We enjoyed cooking, grilling, sitting in the backyard, playing cards at the dining room table and playing ping pong in the garage. The kids also got a kick out of the retro video games. The beds and pillows in the four bedrooms we used were very comfortable - they made investments in nice mattresses which we appreciated. Ceiling fans would be a nice upgrade for the rooms, but the table fan in our room worked well (although there were no fans in other rooms). The house wasn’t fancy, but it was comfortable and in a cute neighborhood with easy access to a grocery store and Target. It was just right for our group. Check in was easy and instructions were clear and simple.

Perfect location to spend a few days outside of the city. Downtown Portland (and the airport) is only ~30 mins away, so still easy to get to all the destinations you want to visit in the city. Thanks for a great trip!

House was exactly what we needed
It is hard to find a property large enough for our family during the holidays and this house was great. It fit all of our needs.

Will stay again
Not a newer house, but it’s neat & maintained well. Located in a quite neighborhood and not too far away from eateries in Beaverton. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others.

Would stay again
The property was priced according to the condition. The house is not new by any means. And its priced appropriately. Condition is older but its clean. The living room furniture is uncomfortable to relax after a long day. The mattress is very plus and comfortable. The water hear kept up with the 8 adults just. We Experianced record rains and the basement did take on water. We had to displace the guest in the downstairs bedroom. The property manager was in top of getting a crew out to fix the problem but in turn never discussed with is any compensation for the displaced guest not being available to utilize the flooded room in the basement. Once again it was record rain. Would still stay again despite the problems.

Great property
We loved the place! It was a great place for a large group of co-workers going to a conference. I just wish they had a better description of bedroom as we were trying to book a place for lots of co-workers to stay and needed to assign rooms before arriving.

The house is in a wonderful neighborhood.
I have been renting with Vrbo for years and have never left a negative review. The house has so much potential. The location is great, neighborhood is private, quiet, and very safe. I was messaged by management that the cleaners were running late by 30 minutes, hope it not an inconvenience to you. Arrived an hr later (5 pm) and still house was not ready. I asked to come in and we could unpack in garage and hang outside till finished. They finally left after 630. Went to go use the bbq and it was so gross; left over rotting food left in it. We had to clean it, took over an hr. The great room is comfortable, the kitchen is lovely and can accommodate more than one cook, lots of cupboard space with many dishes.
We had a large group but smaller than maximum. 12. Went to turn on tv and no batteries in ruku remote. Pulled out hide-abed in living room (found a Twix and a doll ) sheets were supposed to be in the ottoman per instructions. Problem was there was no ottoman; hence no bedding.Oh and the best part are the bats in the game room walled of fireplace they start moving and making lots of noise around 7pm which lasts all night.
Went to make coffee and there wasn’t any. We had to buy dish soap, had 1 gel left.
There were not enough bath towels for everyone to take a shower without doing laundry.
When I reached out to the rental company at 830 am after the first night to share my concerns they were willing to bring over what I needed within 24 hrs with a list and 25$ for my inconvenience . We were only staying 3 nights…. Hmm 5 star experience I think not.

Great property
We used this property for our trip to portland. The week we were there, the temperature was in high 90s but the house has air conditioning and the split level at the bottom is generally very cold. Had a great time there.

We had a GREAT time!
This is a great property for a large group. Very spacious, clean and well appointed. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen supplies are very complete. All appliances are new and work wonderfully. The AC was important because we were there at above 100 temps and it kept us cool and safe indoors.

Plenty of common area to hang out in and plenty of beds to accommodate. Great backyard and everything was clean! 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!!

Girls weekend shopping trip. Perfect for 10 women. The living space is perfect for gathering - lots of wine glasses and dishes. Nice large table, seating, etc. Bathrooms are dated but functional. Owner was very responsive to our needs.

CuteHouse
I just stayed at the Aloha Villa with 9 of my girlfriends for a bachelorette weekend. This was a perfect house that fit us comfortably. We had enough space to fit everyone and the space was extremely cute and up to date. There was also all the utensils you could find to host a dinner party.
