Sant Joan or in the Majorcan San Joan is located in the island triangle of the places Sineu, Montuïri and Vilafranca de Bonany, so in the center of Mallorca. Here you are happy to be with each other and everyone knows everyone. Do you want to get to know the typical Mallorcan life, then you are right here. In Sant Joan you get up early to be the first at the bakery and to have breakfast extensively in one of the bars in the center. In the "Estanco" with Maria you will learn all the news and what's going on in the village. For larger purchases you just go to Manacor (about 20 minutes drive, where you get pretty much everything and incidentally still sights and excursions can enjoy.) The nearest beaches, such as Son Serra de Marina or Porto Christo can also be reached in 20 minutes. The North Bay is the longest on the island and also the most beautiful for many tourists.

The well-kept garden surrounded by pine trees and colorful flowers is spacious, the terrace offers plenty of sun loungers and of course lounge furniture under a shaded sundeck. Perfect for funny barbecues is the outdoor kitchen with a long dining table and chill-out area.
Here you can prepare a fresh sangria or a tinto de verano, with a tortilla and a bit of fresh ham as well as Mallorcan cheese and olives.
The extravagant view from the infinity pool into the beautiful landscape will not let you escape from the pool so fast. At the table tennis you can burn some extra calories… The chic interior offers plenty of space and comfort for the entire travel group. The basic equipment includes air conditioning, heating, free wireless internet and satellite TV. Lots of natural light, warm tones and nature colored materials create a super comfortable living environment. A great kitchen offers everything you would want in a well-functioning kitchen. It's really fun to cook here, chat and enjoy a good glass of wine with friends. The spacious furniture offers enough space so that the entire group can eat together, whether outside or inside.
The sleeping area is divided into a total of 6 double bedrooms. All are equipped with air conditioning and comfortably furnished. There are TVs, walk-in wardrobes and very comfortable beds. The modern bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers towels and a hairdryers. Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.
All in all, the very well-equipped holiday home Vista Sa Tanca is a great holiday destination for all those seeking peace and for larger groups.
