Très joli hôtel

L’infrastructure atypique, les 3 piscines, la jolie plage, la variété des plats proposés au buffet, le personnel super souriant et serviable.

La non-gestion de l’incivilité de certains clients qui “réservent” leur place de chaises longues ce qui pénalisent ceux qui veulent y accéder pour réellement profiter des chaises longues à la piscine ou à la mer.

Great resort for everyone, prefect location in Malia for holidays.

Location was amazing, right on the beach but far enough away from the ‘strip’ so no noise at night. Bar, restaurant, swimming pools, gym, library all on site. We booked a suite and the view from our room was great. Beds and pillows were ok, half way through our stay we got a card to upgrade pillows, was a bit late by then. Rooms were clean enough, towels seemed to be changed every day. Housekeeping even folded our pj’s. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed all inclusive which was good as drinks, food and snacks included and we got allocated sun beds on the beach, no need to search for beds.

While food was ok, it was a bit repetitive. We ended up eating out a few nights. It’s an all -inclusive resort but I was disappointed not to be offered the ultra option at check in, we only found out about that few days into our stay. Would have been helpful to be offered the option to upgrade.

The support from the customers relations manager, Anna. She has great personality and we will stay in touch. The food has high variety and reasonably good.

1. The reception is outside the facility and with no parking attached to it. 2. The location is very crowded by other resort and Malia itself... Not isolated. 3. The building was quite old. 4. The entrance to the elevator to room 401 was partially blocked as a storage for cleaning staff, and disturbing. 5. Small ants and mosquitos in the room. 6. The "all included" policy does not includes real coffee from the non automatic machine

Our stay was wonderful and my baby enjoyed everything..

I love everything about this Resort, the family rooms are big and super clean, the all inclusive meals are delicious and the pastries are super amazing.. I love the free drinks at the beach bar and pool bar.. the concierge are very helpful.. This was a good stay for my family

The food was pretty good. The beach and pools were beautiful. The staff was so friendly!

The restaurant, Elia was closed during our time there due to the weather, however the staff had a special 5 course meal prepared for us because we purchased the ultra-all-inclusive bands. The pools were not heated so they were too cold to swim in, unfortunately, and there was no hot tub. My husband is lactose intolerant, and although they accommodated him when they could, a lot of the buffet options he could not eat, including just plain veggies that showed there was lactose (probably cooked in butter). Also not a lot of vegetarian options (for example tofu or tempeh).

Perfect !!!

We stayed at the hotel for a whole week, everything was perfect! The room is big, clean and cozy, the beach is stunning, the food is very tasty and the staff were all great. The receptionists are welcoming, the staff in the dining room and the drinks bar are nice and professional and patient, they all gave good service, helped and made us feel at home. Thank you for a perfect vacation from the Noam family

We (me and my girl-friend) enjoyed very much. This hotel is better than some 5 stars hotel.

Food and beverage are excellent, very delicious. Wonderful beach with bar and water attractions. Hotel is clean, silent and high-served. It has personal parking.

We haven`t found serious minuses. It would be better to have bathrobes and slippers in the room.

It could be much better

Big resort right next to Malia beach. The room was huge and very comfy. The waiters of the beach bar very nice. Delicious pizza - at the level of best pizza restaurants. A plus also the free waffle bar.

There was variety of food but it was not very tasty. Lack of nuts, chips, etc. in all inclusive. Spider webs below the furniture in the room. Lack of animation (quiz, magic shows, dancing, etc.).

Prepare to micromanage!

The best thing about this hotel was its restaurant: great variety of high-quality food, lovely presentation, Covid measures that made it relatively safe; it felt like a proper restaurant, not a mid-range hotel buffet. The beach is also really close to the main hotel buildings and is well maintained, with facilities such as bars and water sports nearby. The location of the hotel in general is very convenient, about half an hour drive from the airport, with shops, bars and medical facilities nearby.

Pretty much every interaction we had with the reception and reservation team staff was a disaster. They erroneously cancelled our booking, confirmed a free late check-out by "pressing the wrong button", didn't inform us about the need to recharge our room keys on the last day, gave us wrong information about booking Covid tests at a nearby medical centre, and one day after a heavy rain promised to change the beach towels within an hour - which it took over 5 hours and 3 calls to reception to get done. To be fair, all issues were sorted out favourably in the end, but it involved multiple calls, repeated trips to reception, a lot of waiting around and even more wasted nerves on our part, which for a relatively short holiday was far from ideal. The room also left much to be desired. We booked a Superior Double Room, which, according to the information on Booking.com, was supposed to have 1 single bed and 1 large double bed; ours only had 1 double bed and it wasn't all that large. The bathroom was also nothing like the modern ones in the photos - our shower was above a hole in the floor behind a little curtain right next to the toilet. Although the bedding was changed regularly, in the week that we spent there the room wasn't cleaned properly even once.

Nice hotel with all-inclusive services and very proximate location to the city.

Very big choice of dishes for breakfast, eggs and pancakes station, fruits and yogurt, salads and snacks. Excellent location right on the beach with a nice restaurant and bar on sea side. Amazing staff starting from the front office to the bar/ restaurant and beach area. Soultana and Giorgos from the Client/Sales relations did their best to make our holidays as enjoyable as possible. Specials thanks to the sea bar & beach staff for great coffee, drinks and always a great mood!

I would suggest to create a smokers and non-smokers area on the beach :)

Good place to stay at but depends on the room you get.

A very nice hotel. We were lucky to get a family suite room located at the end of the building, and we've been enjoying a quiet and shady area in front of our door. All inclusive guests can benefit from reserved sunbeds and umbrella on the beach.

There are 3 pools but all rather small. Absolutely no entertainment. Quite a limited choice of foods.

Exceptional

The perfect resort directly on the beach. Friendly staff, nice and very clean room. Nice served buffet with big variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Really important due to Covid-19, you can see all the actions that the hotel is taking to keep facilities, staff and clients safe and healthy. Highly recommended.
