Perfekte Wohnung mit Aussicht

Die Unterkunft entspricht zu 100% den Fotos, nichts ist geschönt, die Aussicht ist wirklich genau so toll. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unkomplizierte und pünktliche Schlüsselübergabe.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun. Was schön wäre: einen bequemeren Balkonstuhl

The location was good and the view of the harbour.

The smell from the popular fast food outlet on the corner below the apartment was awful fried chips smell . Construction is going on so noisy too. The bed was very very uncomfortable the mattress needed replacing and was soiled . When we striped the bed we could see the protector hadn’t been washed and was stained from the previous lettings. Disgusting … keys were handed over from the cleaner and upon leaving to her . No checks were made . I tried to contact the owners on 2 occasions as I didn’t want to leave such a negative review but no reply . I feel she needs to check her apartment rather than leave it to an agent that’s does not.

Beautiful view

The apt was very clean and had all amenities. The view of the dock was gorgeous. Sitting on the 6th floor patio was very relaxing. It's on a promenade with all kinds of restaurants. Close to the beach.

The bed is a challenge for two people. You literally have to climb over another person to get out of bed at night (in picture, if you look up, you will see the bed which you pull down) The button to turn the oven on/off was broken. The property agent didn't understand a question I was asking and gave up responding!

Great location and overall clean place

The bed was a platform bed that was lowered over the sofa. To get in and out of bed you have to climb on the coffee table. Its inconvenient at best, dangerous at night if you need to go to the bathroom. On top of that the “bed” is not comfortable and the sofa is so old and low that your back is hurting no matter where you stay. The bed situation should definitely have been clearly described and it was not. Also please give us towel that are more than had towels and if you have a washer leave at least enough detergent for two or three loads.

Fantastic location and view! Very nice flat.

Big and very noisy construction ongoing just below and opposite the flat. Not much the staff ultimately can do about it, but a “we are sorry about the inconvenience” would not have hurt?

not helpful management team

N/A didn’t get a chance to stay due to the family elderly member passed away. We had to cancel our trip

management team was not helpful. someone passed away that we had to be at the funeral, not internationally cancelled the trip. we just wanted full or part refund, or a credit note for the near future. but all reasonable suggestions were declined by the management team.

The view was really breathtaking

Outstanding view! I could just sit at the balcony all day, look at the seaside and never leave the apartment :D The apartment itself was very clean, AC was working correctly. Windows were very quiet. Kitchen was fully equiped, as well as cleaning devices such as vacuum cleaner or iron. Nicolas, the host was very nice and helpful.

Very Good Apartment with splendid View in best Locacation

This is an excellent apartment: beautiful views from the balcony, very clean, a big bathroom, functional kitchen, many lights, good WIFI, elevator to the 6th floor, security system in the building. The location: a short walk to the “croisette” and the beaches, at the edge of the old town, close to a wonderful market + the steps up to the old church and the tower that overlooks Cannes. Nicolas took much time to explain everything in the apartment, he gave me some tips (the mentioned market), and helped me with a 1x occuring problem with the keys. Thank you!

At the time when I was there a TV show called “Ninja Warriors” took place and every single (!) night there was disco music, shouting from the moderator and cheering from the crowd — until 3 am in the night (?!?). It was impossible to sit from 9:00 on at the balcony, or to read something in the apartment or to sleep. I definitely will be back, but will make sure that there will be no “Ninja warriors” event ...
