Great hotel, with excellent facilities

Excellent facilities and a lovely room

The restaurant was a little overpriced. But as it’s a hotel expect to pay hotel prices. Also, we asked for a quote for a driver there and back to the Shiva temple, they quoted us a laughably expensive price. Luckily, Pathao was on hand to offer a cheap price.

Superb

Staff members are very polite and always willing to help. Good breakfast in a clean beautiful restaurant that showcase the rich tradition of the local craftsmanship through its design and furnishings.

The bed is made by putting together two twins, creating a gap in the middle between the mattresses of the two beds, other than that the hotel is very clean, pleasant with good people running it.

Everything! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was very large with a nice balcony. Good restaurant in a cosy and elegant setting. Even the swimmingpool area is relaxing and quiet. 15 minutes walk from the main sites

Wonderful staff. A treat in Bhaktapur, good value for a great stay.

The most accomodating and kind staff. Personal touches - welcome drink, personal note and snacks - were a nice surprise. Great pool and outdoor space, spacious and clean room. Huge variety in breakfast options. For a ‘luxury’ stay in Bhaktapur it was good value.

Restaurant is great for breakfast, but there are many authentic and cheaper dining options in Durbar Square.

incredible nice persons, there are working there! we were realy in need of a luggage-store at the airport. There is no one. But the Hotel made it possible to organise a hotel that took it, so we could have a nice last day in Kathmandu!:)

This may well be the best hotel in the beautiful village of Bhaktapur. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was very good and the room was clean. I stayed here earlier with a tour group and came back to see more of Bhaktapur The hotel is a very short distance from the gate to the old city The hotel's restaurant is better than any of the restaurants i tried in the village

Surprisingly there is no safety deposit box on the room There is Nescafe for breakfast, they do however sell espresso and the likes separately

Very nice staff, good clean rooms. outside busy Bhaktapur, but near enough to go to Bhaktapur by foot. Happy to stay here

Peace and comfort in center at walking distance of Taumadhi square

Nice location and very quiet for being in the city. Beautiful building and surroundings, peaceful after a stroll in the historic center. Personnel is very friendly and indian dishes at the restaurant are excellent

Breakfast could be a bit more accessible for europeans. Not in line with the general level of the hotel. Pool a bit too crowded in the afternoon with people not staying at the hotel.

Great location in Bhaktapur near the main attractions. Excellent value for money.

Would have preferred breakfast buffet. But I guess that we were too few guest for that. The buffet offered the last day, however, was great.
