Gentillesse de l'hôte.

Il semblerait qu'il s'agisse d'un hôtel de charme... Qui n'a rien à faire sur votre site !!! Très déçus. A surtout éviter quand vous êtes en famille

Comfortable short stay

Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast provided a good start to the day. Room was spacious. Bed was quite firm. Was nice to have a window open to let in fresh air. We were comfortable for x2 nights. We liked the neighbourhood and local food nearby.

Bad

I have tried to contacting to cancel my stay. As I couldn’t arrive as urgent events has made me change my plans and head back home. No response or anything to let me know and I got charged for no show fee. Which is sad as I tried to make contact for the last 48 hours.

Value for money

Very helpful owners who work very hard. Everything was easily dealt with via translate app. They let us use the washing machine one evening to do our laundry. Location near bus stop for seeing the sites. Breakfast was basic but good.

Strange bed sheet system, we slept on the extra mats they provide, and put these on top of the matress protector on the bed. We have seen this in a few places in South korea now.

Really good price/quality. Many utensils and appliances. Even toothpaste, a comb, condoms and all the normal stuff you get in Korea like shampoo and shower gel. It was very clean and a big room

The location was okay. You have to walk about ten/fifteen minutes to get to the really nice part of andong.

Don't keep the first impression... if it is bad ! Entrance was dark with an open door on the parking and you have to go threw it to get your breakfast and the decoration of the room was a little ... vintage ! BUT owners are very nice and helpful even if they don't speak english, breakfast is ok and the bed is very good and very clean. The bus station for HAHOE and the TERMINAL BUS is at 5 minutes and the market/city center is at 10 minutes walk. I found this place - hotel for business men not too rich - different, interesting... I really could come back here !

The room was big but too many things on the mobels (tv, computer, basket with toilet products...) it was difficult to find a place for my own computer (lol) !

Clean room, good location, owner made some fresh eggs for us for breakfast (toast, jam and noodles for breakfast) good temperature in room

Cold bathroom, the beds made a lot of noise when turning around, quite hard beds

Every day he was welcomed with a smile and assisted with transport as ordering taxis when only speaking English was challenging. The breakfast was lovely and substantial. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. He felt at home and very comfortable. Thank you.

Not bad but not good

The room was very large for the Korean standard. The breakfast was good for the price.

The bed was too noisy, impossible to move without a big CRACK. The staff opened the room's door 1.5 hour before checkout without a knock but shouting "checkout, checkout!", it's not respectful, my wife was dressing!

Very noisy place to stay and not very comfortable

The location is the only good thing about this motel

They start cleaning and vacuuming earlier than 7 am in the mornjng. We have slept here for two nights and this happened every morning. The noise is so loud, we did not have a great time and we didn’t feel rested at our trip in Andong. Besides that, we have paid at the hotel and we received several messages during our trip if we can come back to the motel and pay our stay. We already did…

Good location, spacious room. Breakfast was ok. Room was dark at night so we could sleep wel. Bed was large enough, blanket and cushions were good

Great stay and service, will remember next time!

The food was delicious and room was spacious.

It was a little out of the way from the Downtown area, but not too far. After traveling around the whole day, it was tiring trying to find the location by foot.

Breakfast was great, they even baked us an egg. Shower was very comfortable. Great room size.

Bathroom was not 100% clean. Not a lively atmosphere.

Although it wasn't luxurious, it was good value for the money.

The mattress was comfortable (thicker than where I've been staying), the location was quiet, the shower was great, and the staff were pleasant.

Although the decor was a little tacky, the only thing that put me off was that I couldn't open the window more than halfway. That was only an issue the first day when I arrived too late to make it to Hahoe Village didn't have anything else to do but hang out in my room.
