The lower level offers a large, custom built theater room, and a huge game room. The theater will make you feel like you are in a "real movie theater" . Seating for 25 so you can watch a great movie or ball game with lots of friends and family. We also have karaoke set up in the theater for your enjoyment.
The game room has beautiful seating areas right in front of the huge wall of floor to ceiling windows facing the panoramic view. Fabulous pool table and a 60 game arcade will provide hours of fun. 13 King suites total, each with a futon for the little guys ( 4 per room, sleeps 52). One king suite on the main level is handicap accessible with futon. Two large bunk rooms with ensuite bathrooms on the lower level. Plenty of room in each one.
Main Floor: You enter the beautiful front door facing the view - turn to the right and go down the hallway to find 5 fabulous King suites, 3 of which face the magnificent view. If you turn down the hallway to the left, on the other side of the kitchen, you'll find 3 king suites, one of which is handicapped accessible and two of which face the view.
Lower Level: From the game room, facing the view - turn down the hallway to your right and you will find: 3 King suites facing the view and a huge bunk room with 6 queen bunk beds = 12 queen beds (sleeping 24). The bunk room has 2 ensuite bathrooms - plenty of room for all. If you turn down the hallway to your left you will find 2 king suites facing the view and a large bunkroom with ensuite bathroom and two king over king bunk beds and a queen over queen bunk (sleeping 12). Bunk beds are built in and spacious.
Flat parking out front and flat entry - very accessible to all of your guests. A ramp is provided for handicap entry.
Located less than a mile up Greystone Heights, the mountain road beside the Aquarium, 10 minute drive into downtown from the Lodge.. You can park at the Aquarium and walk downtown without ever getting into the busy traffic. Or take the bypass if you're headed to the Park or Pigeon Forge. Uniquely situated for incredible views and ease of access.
Located across the parking area, an easy walk, is Greystone Retreat our 13 bedroom Lodge which sleeps 57. You can see it in the photo from above. Perfect for larger groups who need two cabins and want to be close enough to walk back and forth.

Stayed 6 nights for Christmas 2023.
Positives:
Excellent large bedrooms
Spectacular view
Large flat parking area with enough room for all vehicles AND an area to play pickleball (brought our own set).
Negatives:
No daily garbage pickup. We called the property mgmt at 9am to request a garbage pickup. Although they said we’d have a pickup that day… the truck arrived late in the afternoon the following day. By then, we had 30 bags of garbage in a pile near the kitchen. ABSURD.
The stoves/ovens are pitiful.
All knives were trash.
No cheese grater. Come on.
The kitchen faucets need to replaced.
3 BBQ grills are what you’d expect to find at a dilapidated city park… not adequate quality for a rental at this price point.
There was a rat(s) in the lower level (seen in multiple rooms & the theater) that escaped under a locked closet door when pursued. I called the property mgmt. They said they’d send someone out “with traps”. They never showed up. Mgmt never called back.
One of the outdoor garbage containers has been broken for a while… Three large bricks hold the lid down… The resident bear tore into the container on our final night, pulled out two full trash cans of bags and scattered the trash all over the area.
Not enough AC or windows that may be opened on main level common area (including kitchen). Only way to cool house was to prop open front & rear doors simultaneously… Zero exterior lighting out front so impossible to spot resident bear after dark.

The home was beautiful and well stocked with essentials. Our family and friends had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s wedding. We held the wedding and reception right on site. We enjoyed seeing the bears roaming in the early morning and evening.

This was absolutely PERFECT for what we wanted. We had mostly aature crowd who enjoy views, good food, wine on the porch and talks by the fire places. It was quiet, classy, large enough for a large group but still creates an intimate environment. It's close enough to town that if you needed anything its there but when you are in the home, you feel you are the only house on the mountain. The management was absolutely amazing! There must have been a mix up and there were only a few wine glasses in the home, I sent them a message the evening we checked in and by the morning someone was at the door with a couple boxes of new glasses. They were beyond kind, helpful and very fast to respond. We just LOVED our stay!!!

This property was excellent for our work outing. We had a group of 70 people spread out between two properties. The office was wonderful to work with and quick to respond. It was close to town, and we got to experience bears.

This place (Graystone Hights Lodge)was at the top of the mountain with a 360 view. Lost of room for everyone to spread out. We had a good time and made lots of memories.

I take my large family to the mountains every year. (35 ppl) This cabin might be our fav of all of them.
- BIG view of Mt LaConte. I mean BIG.
- Huge cabin with plenty of room and big kitchen.
- Great location
- Lots of BEARS. It takes a little getting used to; but it's a highlight to see them roam by.
- The company that owns it is very personable, very fast to fix the little things that always come up, and easy to work with.
- And I'll mention the HUGE parking lot with plent of room for all your vehicles and plenty of room for your kids to ride bikes and scooters safely.
If you've got a crowd, this is your place!

Beautiful lodge for the friends and family. Exceeded all expectations
My fiancee (now wife) and I had our friends and family a stay at the lodge for our wedding and It was just beautiful. The rooms are even larger than expected. The view is better and there was more than enough room for our party of 40.

Pictures Don't Do Justice
Incredible property that exceeded all of our expectations! Our group of 40 came to Gatlinburg in May 2022 for a 40th Birthday party and golf weekend. What an amazing space for bringing a big group together. The pictures don't do justice to the panoramic view of the Smokey Mountains and the town of Gatlinburg. It was worth every penny!

Family Reunion
We celebrated my husband's 80th birthday here with all of our kids and grandkids. There were 25 of us. The house was fantastic - lots of space, plenty of entertainments, ample seating - both at the table and in comfortable chairs and sofas, wonderful mountain views - and a visiting bear in the parking lot! Perfect.

Fantastic property!
This site was perfect for our annual company trip to bring our remote workforce together for a weekend of fun. The road up to the lodge is a little scary in a 15 passenger van, but once there, the lodge was warm and welcoming with views galore. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we were really impressed with the service of the team managing the property. Fantastic site for groups like this!

Wonderful Retreat for Family and Friends!
Wonderful property! The view is unmatched anywhere in Gatlinburg. The retreat is huge but has wonderful common areas for everyone to gather. The theater is amazing! It was like having our own private viewings of movies! The kitchen has everything you would ever dream of needing! The beds were super comfy! Each bedroom is super spacious. There was only one issue with the air conditioning going out in the upper left wing of the house but it was quickly resolved and everyone was super comfortable! Highly recommend this retreat! Planning on booking again in the future!

The view in this place is incredible (although the road to get there will make you pay attention). This place was so perfect for our large group of 72 people. There were 2 large areas for our worship services ( living room and den). We will rent it again!

Absolutely Stunning!
The pictures do not do this house justice. It was simply amazing! The house was extremely clean. The homeowners were so easy to work with. We had many questions leading up to our stay and all were answered within 15 minutes. We were even lucky enough to have a visit from a black bear.

Great large property with wonderful views! Location was ideal and a lot of space for our groups. Had good amenities as well, with cinema room, games, etc.
You can definitely notice that it's a new build and they are till figuring out how to accommodate large groups, walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors and the kitchen. The AC broke upstairs but they fixed it very quickly! The kitchen is fairly well equipped, but not enough to hold you through, we bought our own dish scrubs, more garbage bags and coffee filters, etc. We were a group of 26 so we know that's a lot to accommodate for!

we had the best time at this beautiful cabin! It was very clean upon arrival and our youth group loved being able to stay together and enjoy all the amenities. The location to downtown Gatlinburg is PERFECT!

Amazing new cabin
I booked this cabin for a yearly strategy meeting for our team. It's hard to accomplish, but the cabin was even nicer in person than in the pictures. The process was simple, the amenities were incredible, and the view was amazing! If I have the opportunity to have another strategy meeting next year, I will definitely be considering this cabin. 5 stars!

Absolutely Stunning Property
This house is absolutely amazing. Everything about this house was spotless and well built. It housed 40 adults with TONS of extra space. Bedrooms are big, and the bunk rooms have plenty of space as well. Overall great place and hope to be back next year!

Great experience. The only thing was there were no flash lights during the high wind storm and heavy rains. We were worried the power was going to go out.
Power flickered several times.
