I enjoyed each stay at Quality Inn and I look forward to staying here again very soon☺️

This is by far one of my favorite properties in Nacogdoches. I have family in the area so I come often .Location is convenient,the staff is very friendly,the property is quiet,and I felt safe during my stay as a solo traveler!

The pool at the property is under maintenance,but after speaking with the property manager he stated renovations would take place very soon!

it was ok

I was flood out of my home due to the storm and had to get a room to stay in but I didn’t know how many nights I needed so only need 1 night and the property would not cancel my 2nd night room.

Affordable room rate

A/C took a long time to cool the room. Water leaking from the ceiling. Mo TV remote to control TV volume, found out we needed a different remote

I walked in n eater was out the temperature was below freezing out side. Room was terrible. I walked out ask for my money back and the said no to call bookings for a refund.. i might not use booking again.

The price was good, the location was good.

The room had a faint odor. I don't think the previous occupants had been gone very long. Even though the sheets and towels were clean, an odor still lingered in the air. Also, there was quite a large bug crawling on the wall over the TV, traveling back and forth from the fire alarm to the mirror that's mounted on the wall. I could not reach high enough to knock it down so I never got a close look at it to see what it was, but it was about 3/4 of an inch long with long tentacles...

Not bad

With little options oyo came through when we needed somewhere to stay fast and last minute. The desk attendant was nice and the hotel was clean.

I didn't like the joint door. With 2 little girls I felt uncomfortable without knowing ahead of time that my room was a joint room. Also my bathroom door didnt close right but I didn't mind that since we were only staying one night. The hotel in general didn't feel as comfortable as the room did at night time. Also when we walked in the room was hot. But I assumed it was because we were last minute and late booking.

We didn’t even stay, we left, turned our keys in and said we’re not staying here, asked for the manger card.

nothing!! the property was horrible. we didn’t even stay the night, we checked in at 3:00pm and then had to go to an event and then return to the room that evening, my husband and myself said no way we were staying there. it’s sucks I had to pay for a room that we ended up not even staying at, we had to travel back home at night. it was way over priced for the crap room it was. the pictures that you advertise are false advertisement. rooms do not look like that at all!

the property was old, when you walked in the lobby it smelled like Weed and bleach. the stairs had huge cracks all in them and rusted out, doesn’t look safe at all. bathroom was nasty, yellow stuff in tub, Pubic hair on the toilet, had one tiny wash cloth and one hand towel in the room. the A/C when you turned it on sounded like it was about to blow up, it made the nose the whole time it was on, one pillow on each bed, fridge was nasty.

Horrible and dirty, replaced air conditioning units were stored outside in view near ice machine

Second rate, not very clean,not enough, face cloths, towels, had to leave a $40 deposit, just overall unsatisfied

Location, ac, parking

No breakfast provided, comforter smelled horrible, lock was broken-which worried me about location. I guess I got what I paid for I guess. I didn't think to take pictures.
