The staff, the shared area to relax, the kitchen and the atmosphere, everything was nice. Good beds and bathroom.
A bit pricey for dorms and far from center but thats ok for what you get.

Excellent location. Free parking.
Kitchen not very well stocked in terms of pots and pans, cooking utensils. The property termperature was too warm for me.

The staff was nice.
The people staying at the hostel were nice, had great conversations in the kitchen.
Showers & Rooms not so welcoming.
Kitchen in the same area as the common area created unpleasant smell and smoke.
Too expensive, wouldn't say worth the price.

The property is super cool with a really nice garden with a place to have a fire in the evening. The staff are beyond helpful and give nothing but chilled vibes. I would highly recommend this place.

Really cozy building, amazing architecture with the coloured glass, wood and hammocks all over the place, even a little climbing wall. I loved the presence of the animals and the cozy atmosphere indoors and outdoors. Best place in town! Definitely would recommend!!

In the bedroom it was a bit dull

A very cool concept, with beautiful architecture - an example of sustainability and eco-friendliness. The living room and kitchen areas were super-stylish. The staff was extremely helpful. The no-shoes policy created an ambience of homeliness and cleanliness. The furniture was also very unique.
It's just 11 minutes walk to the main bus station and 20 minutes to the centre of the town, but the location feels remote because of the dirt path leading to it, and many dogs that would bark at you if you walk there at night. The dorm felt stuffy with too many beds in it. The triple bunk bed concept is something I saw for the first time. There were no lockers for each occupant.

Good vibe, homemade eco friendly building. Good value.
Poor internet and phone. Old, broken non-stick pans in the kitchen, that coating is toxic.

Really nice, relaxed and helpful staff
Quite alternative and old- school- selfmade house and equipment
Pretty much into sustainability
You can leave your luggage there for quite a few days for free
Btw, You shouldn't mind sharing bathrooms and shower with the other sex
Arriving at night the way thereto is a bit dark and remote... And you shouldn't be afraid of many dogs intimidating barking after you... Not all of them behind a fence. Even so they didn't do me any harm and the neighbors seemed friendly during daytime it isn't the nicest way to walk

Very friendly and helpfull staff, the best that I've met in Chile.
I love this hostel. It's ecofriendly, sustainable and very cozy with easy-going atmosphere.
Beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything,no shoes policy is great as you feel like in your own living room:)
It can be hard to find but Victor will navigate you as soon as you book the place.its about 10-15min walk from the bus station or the centre.

The beds are really comfortable though! Staff were friendly. The pizza looked amazing but we didn't have any - regrets! Breakfast was good and the place itself is pretty cool. They also kept our large backpacks in storage for five days while we did the W trek which was much appreciated!!
Almost impossible to find. A sign from the main road would be useful as Google maps doesn't take you there. A helpful local came to our rescue and actually drove our bags to the front door! The rooms are quite small for 12 beds, there are also no lockers.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hostel has a huge open common area with tables and (quite uncomfortable) chairs and a sofa. Very easy to meet people.
The open kitchen is very big as well and fairly well equipped. The fridge has just enough space and is clean enough. Breakfast is decent with choice of white buns, cheese, ham and jam, cereals, fruit and some days a brownie or cake when you're early. And of course coffee or tea.
Considering this hostel is one of the cheapest around, I would recommend it if you're on a tight budget, but otherwise I would pay a few bucks more for a little more comfort and better location.
There are 14 beds cramped in the dorms, so it's quite busy and there's not a lot of space. Everyday people are getting up around 6am to go to Torres del Paine (as will you probably), so don't expect to sleep in. The walls between the two dorms and bathroom have a window in them, resulting in annoying lights the whole night when someone forgets to turn off the bathroom lights or when the light in the other dorm is on. Sleeping mask highly recommended.
The first night was very noisy, a group of loud people came home around 2am, but the other nights were fine.
It's a 20/25 minute walk to the center, 15/20 minutes to the bus station. Not ideal but doable, we did everything by foot.
