部屋はかわいいが、電気がない。

建物はとてもかわいく、よかった。部屋も4部屋、リビング、キッチン、プールがあり快適に過ごすことができた。

着いてすぐ、停電し、電気、Wi-Fiが使えなかった。その後も一つの部屋のシャワーを使うと電気が消えたり、ドライヤーを使うと電気が消える。 7人で泊まるのに、この電圧では全く足りていない。電気は私たちではどうすることもできないので、非常に困った。キッチンはあるが、スポンジがなく、洗い物ができない。歯ブラシもないので、持参しなければいけない。

it was very good once it was the correct villa

Once we changed villa it was fine - the original villa which we thought we booked was not correct - it was a very small one and not equipped for 5 adults - we had to renegotiate with the owner to get the villa as mentioned on booking.com AND it costs us an additional fee which we didn't expect The bigger villa was fine

the fact that we had booked a villa which was not at all the same as on the photo's and it looked as we had own villa with swimming pool but in fact it was a very small villa which was far from being big enough for 5 people - no garden and the pool was more like a bath in the terras

Car parking would be quite tricky if more than one villa in use with drivers.

It was not a pleasant stay cause every time we took shower always running out the water.

The water was not running well. Everyday we took shower there was no water. Also the electricity up and down. The staff was not coming on time in the morning to clean up the utilities that we used from last night.

We were greeted by the sweetest host had all our needs met it was a great trip, location

The location was perfect walking distance to many great cafes, restaurants and short cab or bike ride to all that we wanted to see, the beaches, the religious sites

Fantastic experience

One of top location, there are many good restaurants and cafes around. Very easy access for both Canguu and Seminyak. Villa is very clean and neat.

Odd experience

The experience itself was very strange to one we’ve had before. From arrival, we had to speak to multiple different people via WhatsApp as there was no villa management around. Instead of taking the payment via booking.com as planned we had to organise payment to a company in Istanbul Turkey whilst also liaising with different Indonesian numbers on whatsapp back and forth which made the start of the trip stressful compared to something that should just be straightforward. During the stay we had then different people reach out on WhatsApp if we needed anything but we didn’t know whom some were. There was no person on standby like our previous villa.

The kind lady who did attend to us at times from next door had limited English. Privacy was limited on this trip as the man from next door whom seemed to have a connection with the villa but we don’t know his job role would just walk into our garden via the main door unannounced and walk around. At times he would just walk in through to the end of garden and walk back out and we didn’t know why. During times we may be sunbathing or late at night, this should not be allowed, we were uncomfortable. Towels were also only provided at the start of the trip and near the end of our stay whilst one room were not provided any towels at all. The shampoo / body wash bottles were also near empty from the start of the trip. During the rain as the bathrooms do not have a pull down cover from the outside it so does get very wet. I would never normally complain about an accommodation but it was a very strange experience from the start.

the Villa is at a quiet location, street noise never reaches the bedrooms. staff is curious

the cleanliness can be improved rusted trash cans and bins can be replaced

Fantastic property

Sub villa has very good location. Between Seminyak and Canggu. Yuki, manager is very helpful. Looking forward to come here again.

More than perfect

We lover the location. The beauty of the villa’s and the comfort. Canggu is a busy place, But these villa’s are very quiet. The staff is very nice with Yuki as our host. She is friendly, caring and genuine. We want to go back

Amazing hospitality and great villa in Canggu

We got the private villa all for ourselves and it was just amazing. The private pool is surrounded by beautiful trees and and the outside living area is very comfy. Yuki, the host is just amazing, she ordered nasi goreng for us at 1am!! And the day after she provided us with a scooter! She speaks good English and she’s very friendly ❤️ totally recommend ☺️
