Cuartos amplios, completos, limpios y cómodos. Es muy cerca de la playa y de establecimientos comerciales y de comida. Nos encantó

Buena experiencia, llenó mis espectativas y requerimientos.

La ubicación muy cercana a la playa bávaro, a restaurantes y tiendas. El personal era atento y amable. En general había limpieza y orden. El hotel tiene habitaciones con nombre y ambiente artistico.

Mosquitos pequeños, aunque en general me comentaron que es bastante común en Punta Cana.

is good to stay there if you aren’t ever on the installation and only go to sleep, because the price is no bad for a nig

was very close to everything and the breakfast was fine. the staff try to do their best but need more effort

the cloaca smell everywhere, the horrible bathroom on the bedroom that get everything wet around, my tv never worked…etc

sehr nettes Personal und angenehme Umgebung

Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher, an der Unterkunft konnten wir das Auto in einen abgesperrten Bereich vor dem Hotel parken. In der Umgebung gab es ein paar Restaurants sowie eine Laundry, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Wir waren einmal zu Fuß am Strand und sonst mit dem Auto unterwegs, daher war die Lage für uns sehr okay.

Die Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte erneuert werden, außerdem konnte man in unserem Zimmer die Tür zwischen Schlafraum und Bad nicht schließen.

Buena ubicación.

Ubicación excelente, cerca de la playa y de restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Buen aire acondicionado y ventilador. Había microondas y cubiertos, platos y vasos en la habitación.

Había hormigas y encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación. No había detergente ni estropajo para fregar los platos. Tercera planta sin ascensor. La nevera era muy ruidosa y la teníamos que desconectar por la noche para poder dormir. La cortina de la ducha no llegaba hasta el suelo y se salía toda el agua por fuera. Tuve que bajar a recepción a pedir toalla para el suelo de la ducha. Los cojines y almohadas estaban sucios. Entraba luz por las cortinas de la habitación. Nos picaron mosquitos. Había rodapiés despejados.

La habitación era muy amplia y muy acogedora

Solo lo único que no me gustó, fue un poco la ubicación, tiene varias playas cercas y a pocos minutos de distancia, lo único que me sentí un poco incómoda fue con las construcciones, al andar sola me sentí un poco incomoda, pero fue solo eso no más

Hermosa estancia a buen precio cerca de playas turquesa

El hotel se encontraba a unas cuadras caminando cerca de las playas kilométricas de agua turquesa. También habían almacenes cerca y lugares para comer. El trato de quien nos recibió fue muy amable y cordial.

Location is good but that's about all.

The place was run down. The shower curtain was not suitable. Curtains in the main room were torn. The chairs were filthy. TV had no channels.

The presentation and staff were very good.

The water that came out of the shower and sink smelled very bad. Also the remote control for rhe tv didn't work properly. You had to literally get close to the tv to change the channels and volume.

Great choice for a budget vacation

The host was great! He helped us on so many topics and requests. We had very pleasant time on the big roof terrace, watching the sunset. The room is large and like on the photo. Don't expect perfect facilities, but for the price is a really good choice. We can recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Punta Cana on budget.

Amazing!

From the moment I stepped in the lobby I loved this hotel, the staff is super efficient and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable, also has a nice terrace. The water doesn't feel or smell bad at all. The location is just perfect safe and quiet, 2 blocks from all shops and restaurants and 3 blocks from the beach. Hot water, AC and WiFi working perfectly as well. Free drinking water was a plus! I totally recommend this hotel and will definitely book again on my next visit.

The management was super helpful. They manage to help us to find space to store all our suitecases and they made sure thar everything was fine with our stay.
