Goed hotel met goede voorzieningen

Dichtbij Schiphol met gratis shuttle. We kregen een mooi, ruim appartement. Goede fitness en zwembad. Uitstekend buffet restaurant.

Niets. Hotels zijn duur, maar dit keer dezelfde prijs als Ibis budget en veel meer luxe.

Good way to see the city without having to drive there.

Space. Excellent breakfast. Convenient to schipol airport with free shuttle allowing for transit into Amsterdam.

Check in was the worst I have experienced. 3 properties, one now housing Ukrainian refugees. They had to re-manage bookings. Inadequate, in-prepared staff. This is now a Marriott convoy and not up to their standards.

REVIEW ASAP BAD EXPERIENCE

Im writing with disappointment on the way to the airport not having eaten at all as I was refused breakfast at the hotel. I then had to wait 40mins at the reception for them to see my booking confirmation and that indeed I did book with breakfast included. By then of course breakfast had closed and it was too late to eat. I made sure to book the room with breakfast as I am embarking a 12hour flight, Im pregnant and I do not eat plane food. Besides also the embarrassment Im put through at the breakfast desk and leaving a pregnant woman without breakfast, really nice touch from the hotel. This happening already after yesterday I had to wait close to an hour sitting a the waiting area for them to find my reservation (3 hours after booking). This was an awful experience and at the very least I expect a refund.

Goed hotel en zeker de moeite waard.

Bij aankomst was het urban hotel gereserveerd voor vluchtelingen uit Oekraïne. Wij zijn met een upgrade omgeboekt naar een andere kamer bij de appartements. Goede service. Behulpzaam personeel en goede faciliteiten.

There is room for improvement

Shuttle bus to the airport goes very frequently and is complementary.

I stayed in one of the appartments for 1 night only. I arrived at 22:30 and check in took over 30 minutes. One light in the room was not possible to turn off (it turned itself off about 20 minutes after I went to bed), apparently bad set up of movement sensor. Another light just turned on in the middle of the night while I was sleeping, which woke me up and honestly, it scared me.

My preferred airport hotel - spacious, clean and convenient.

The apartment was spacious and the kitchenette really useful. The airport shuttle is a great convenience. Had a very comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again.

Need more checkin counters - had to wait in a long line for close to an hour for checkin that day. Staff brought around a small snack for those waiting, which was a nice gesture, appreciate it.

Ondermaats voor de prijs maar ik had een goede nachtrust.

locatie, personeel was top, ik had geen ontbijt inbegrepen

De verwarming ging nooit hoger dan 21.5 graden terwijl ik die op 22.5 had gezet. De vloer was best en mat was best vuil ( soms trapte ik op korreltjes en vuiltjes...). Het toilet was in een apart kamertje van de badkamer wat ik zeer vreemd vond maar OKE dat gaat wel. De douchekraan was wel zeer klein:( vorige keer had ik een grote regendouche. mijn vorige verblijf was veel veel beter.

Mijn kamer was zeer comfortabel en verrassend huiselijk.

Ik heb een kamer gekregen van een hogere prijsklasse dan degene die ik geboekt had, zonder dat ik ervoor moest bijbetalen.

Het baliepersoneel had me wel vlugger kunnen bedienen (er waren 4 personen aanwezig terwijl er slechts 1 en nadien 2 effectief incheckten).

Stay was very good. Exceeded my expectations and would be happy to visit again.

Clean Room. Comfy beds and very nice interior. Staff were friendly and checkout was simple.

Destination of Hotel is not that good as public transport isnt as available.

Exceptional value

I stayed for one night for the early morning flight. Chosen this hotel for the airport proximity and the price. I got a spacious apartment with a living room combined with kitchen and a bedroom. Everything was clean and neat. It was bigger and nicer then I expected considering the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Stop near airport with shuttle service

it’s a perfect stop overnight before flying out of Schiphol airport. modern , clean, comfortable rooms with free airport shuttle makes it good value . Buffet dinner in the restaurant was a great value too

Good hotel but very average service

The room was good and spacious

The charger points too many were all same, finding it difficult to find adaptors to charge the phone.the reception should be flexible with other currency rather than sticking to only euro.there was no water bottle available after the first day,it was said that two 500ml bottles will be provided only on first day and rest the customer will have to pay.there was no conditioners, toothbrushes,shaver or hair comb available and all these were meant for buying.the theatre was hot and sound was very poor.the breakfast close timing was rushed 40 mins prior( around 10:20) to its time allotted (11:00) on Sunday.

I stayed one night in the apartment block. The entrance was a bit messy and inside the unit, although the heating system was on, it was cold and you must wear warm clothes. The room and hotel facilities were good. The sauna was a bit messy and the locks of most of the cupboards were broken. But the quality of the dinner and breakfast buffet with the price of 52 euros was good. It also has a large outdoor parking lot with a price of around 18 euros. If you don't mind the noise of the airplanes, it's a good hotel overall. And of course, many immigrant and war-affected families (🙏with respect🙏) live in two blocks of this hotel. just for information

the view and the customer service was great

the bus to the city center was unavailable because they had lost the keys on the day I was there, also my booking wasn’t able to be found and it took a few hours of them making calls to clear it up

Great staff, great hotel, great facilities.

Staff and facilities are great. Was given a very nice room with nice view as well. Breakfast was very good and there were many options to choose from. Same goes for the dinner buffet. The free airport shuttle bus and the paid bus to Amsterdam were good. Huge plus if you like airplanes is the Boeing 747 in the garden of the hotel!

Would be nice if the dishes served at the restaurant had all been tagged with meat/fish/veg icons.

Hotel room was nice and clean, good spot to see planes. Facilities were good, swimming pool especially. Staff were polite and helpful.

Location not close to city. Food wasn't the best. Can charge loads for little things, plug converter was 17 and a half euros.
