wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder

saubere, praktisch möbliertes Zimmer, Bad mit viel Ablage, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett, gute Lage um Ansbach zu erkunden und mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt bei sehr guter lokaler Küche und freundlichem Personal

tolles sauberes ansprechendes Hotel, freundliche Angestellte in allen Bereichen, Tiefgarage, Direktzugang zu Hotel. Zimmer ausreichend, hatten Strassenseite- Schallisolierte Fenster, Klimaanlage. Hotel im Wohngebiet (Überbauung). gutes eigenes Restaurant mit guter Küche (empfehlenswert) und gutem Service. Kommen gerne wieder

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Gute Lage, Zimmer waren nebeneinander

Irgendwie im Vergleich zu früher etwas weniger „Glanz“, man merkte eine angespanntere Stimmung, Personal im Frühstücksraum t.w. unfreundlich und Kapazitäten nicht ausreichend. Preis- Leistung nicht passend. Insgesamt zu teuer.

Very nice hotel, really big room and fully equipped and big plus the underground parking.

Breakfast was OK although limited in options

We used the soda bed in our apartment room and this was really extremely uncomfortable

Exceptional

The apartment is spacious. It comes with a living room and a kitchen. The brewhouse is a big bonus. Food is excellent and staff is efficient and pleasant. Service is fast.

We requested for a late checkout and we were informed we must pay additional €50 more for an hour of extended stay which we did. Parking is also additional fee.

Superb

All new clean and modern, kind staff

The check-in machine did not work. We spent quite some time to obtain the room keys. Luckily the restaurant was still open and staff coudl help us. Don't know what would happen later in the night.

Very good

The staff were kind, there was a safe parking for the hotel. The breakfast is descent.

We booked a room for 3 persons. But when we got there there was a larage bed and sofa without sheets and not prepared for the third person, so we had to ask the reception to get the sheets and we had to prepare it by ourselves. The wifi was weak.

Great location, beds, big shower, good breakfast, but unusable EV charging

Great modern hotel in top location. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice breakfast with a good coffee. Freshly squeezed juice and fresh fruit salad (instead of cans) would make it even better. Modern garage with big entrance makes maneuvering large vehicles easy.

The hotel promotes that they have 4 parking spots for electric vehicles with chargers. They do however hide the fact that there's only one charging wallbox for every 2 parking spots and if one vehicle is charging, the second one cannot. Even if the car is done charging, the reception staff does not know who the car belongs to and cannot help to get that car's owner to unplug his car. Thank god I was not there with a Tesla or other pure EV, but just a plug-in hybrid. I would have been stuck!

Contemporary and convenient

Clean, all the conveniences, appreciated the mini fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, multiple pillows. comfortable duvets, bedside charging outlets and nice breakfast included. 5 min walk to city center and onsite parking included.

Room was a little warm, couldnt get AC to work, soap dispenser was odd, you had to move it from shower to sink.
