De aardige werknemers.

Weinig ruimte in kamer. Summier ingericht. Geen openbaar vervoer vanaf station. Last but not least kamer op 2e verdieping zonder lift en met blessure was dat zeer lastig.

A hotel with view and unique value in the centre of Harderwijk

The room is big enough for three. The bathroom and toilet is on the small side. The location is perfect and enough restaurants to visit.

Stairs and it's rather hot inside if you don't open the window in the summer. Installing some airco or fan would help a bit.

Great hotel in a great location. I loved it. Definitely going back.

This hotel is an absolute gem! It's location is perfect, right on the town square, the staff are lovely, it's chic and clean. My room was great. A huge bed, very comfortable; the room was a generous size with a good deal of space between the bed and the desk area; the bathroom was a good size too, the bath was especially appreciated. My partner and I had a wonderful time. The price was extremely reasonable too. Plus, the weather was very cold indeed but my room was cosy and warm at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I honestly can't think of anything, and that's very rare for a hotel stay. I will definitely be staying there again when I visit the town again. I can't remember if a hair dryer was available because I didn't need one this time, so if not, then maybe that's something, but that's a very small thing.

Comfortable hotel partially due to our familiarity with the facility and town.

Have stayed here at least 5 times and always choose to return due to location right in town center. Having access to a secure parking lot within walking distance is a plus.

Over time it seems as if the area has gotten louder at night. The Markt side has been noisy before, but this stay teh noise was also an issue on the back side.

Bad

No cleaning in the rooms!!! Asked several times, always promised, but never did. In the bathroom the water is flowing all over. Very damp in the room. Breakfast is very poor.

Good location but disappointing in many ways

Location is in the middle of the town. You gave lots of restaurants, supermarkets and shops close by. The hotel let me know in advance there was a event in the square in front of the hotel that night, and gave me a room in a high floor in the back (I had a single room). Internet was fine.

It was very hot in the room. There's no AC, and the sun was directly hitting the window. There's a medium fan tower in the room, but it only scrambles the air in the room and doesn't really cool it. Doesn't help to close the curtains. Even at night, when it's nice and cool outside, the room stayed hot and opening the small window didn't help, and it was difficult to sleep. The room I had was in a separate building, a couple of doors down from the reception. On the second floor of this building is a kitchen of I guess one of the restaurants around. So the staircase leading to it was dirty and smelled quite badly. From there I continues climbing two more staircases to get to my room on the top floor.

Perfect place for a family get-away

The hotel is located on the town square, just in the centre. The staff is service-minded and helpful, spacious room, breakfast is nice. Harderwijk is a lovely little place with a lot of restaurants, shops and a lovely beach.
