Horrible experience, we did run away loosing our booking, but we did not want to stay more

nothing, everything was from a 1 star hotel The only thing working properly was the wifi

The moquette in the bathroom, dirty . Overall a feeling of dirty and old environment. Furniture with stolen bar to hang our dresses. No fridge. The bed was super hard and not comfortable. No way to get breakfast in the close by.

This hotel room has a bathtub. This is important for Japanese travellers.

Taxis that I wanted were not prompt arrival.

Expect what you see in reviews

The staff were very helpful and nice. Easy to bike to nearby places. Sheets were clean.

The rooms are very hot in summer (I would guess 30°C) and the AC does not work. Leave the window open and the mosquitoes will get you (but it's better than roasting) The curtains were falling down and there were some stains on the floor.

Weekend.

Perfect location. Nice view over the river. Spacious room.

Our room had a very steep and narrow staircase to reach the floor. AC wasn’t working. No one could fix it.

Friendly staff. Relatively close to Rotterdam centre. Restaurant in hotel.

Airco was broken, not much wall sockets or not logically placed.. Place is really up for refresh.

I want a full refund

That the key hadn’t been left below as stated and I tried to contact the owner several times. I booked the local Holiday Inn as I didn’t want to sleep on the streets

The beds are not the best but it's ok for the price, just the aisle smelled a bit weird hahaha but it's ok

Good location. Very distinguished style (Chinese pagoda on a boat). Polite staff

The hotel doesn’t reflect the three stars standards

- The staff for check-in (absolutely not the check-out staff!) - the seeing from the window

- the check-out staff no professional: he was sleeping (instead to be at the reception, which should be opened 24/24h) - dirty (totally dirty!)

I was happy to stay only for one night.

hard mattress, old furniture, no breakfast, thin walls, don't book a room to the street side, it is quite load.

Good value for money for location

The Hotel is close to a tram station, it has a restaurant and a supermarket in it for ease. It's got cool views of the river. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure and was hot. The cost was also very reasonable for the area. It was clean.

This hotel needs an update in general, it's worn and run down in the rooms, carpets are stained etc. HOWEVER it is clean and good value for money for the area, so that's reflective. Just maybe something for the hotel to look at in the future.

Superb stay and the staffs were excellent. And I love the reception team very well . Nice staffs. Also nice hotel.
