Tyst och sköna rum med god frukost

Frukosten var god och riklig men det var trångt då det troligen var fullt på hotellet

Jag ansökte om medlemskap hos er men har ännu inte fått någon information om att det blev gjort, använde er talong som man fyllde i och gav till receptionen

Früstück top - Zimmer Flop

Frühstück war top, und angenehmes Bett -

Badetücher veraltet mit Loch, Bettlaken mit Fleck , Toalette nicht richtig geputzt und haare am boden im Bad beim check in. Kein ruhiges zimmer autobahn Seite man hörte die ganze nacht die autos - wobei alle geschrieben haben ruhige zimmer. für mich kein 4 sterne hotel - außer das frühstück

Location, cost, staff, buffet was good also

Upset that the pool advertised did not indicate a fee would be charged to use it. I would have expected the pool use to be part of the room rate. Which is the case in most hotels and you just pay extra for the spa and treatments.

Hade förväntat mig mer, men personalen var trevlig

Bra läge med närhet till tunnelbanan Skanstull och Södersjukhuset så det var lätt och gick snabbt att ta sig runt i centrala Stockholm.

Märkligt läge av hotellet, i princip byggt ovanpå en motorväg. Med tanke på priset förväntade jag mig mer. Saknades t.ex. extrakuddar i rummet (de på sängen var för små eller för stora, inte bekvämt), saknades tofflor etc. Snålt med kaffe och endast 1 tepåse på rummet. Frukostbuffén var helt ok, men blev besviken på att deras alternativ till koffeinfritt kaffe var att man blev hänvisad till en burk med nescafe att själv blanda ut med varmvatten. Dåligt då det borde vara enkelt att ha en vanlig kaffebryggare med koffeinfritt kaffe av bättre kvalitet. Finns en hel del människor som av olika skäl inte kan dricka koffein, och det här var bara pinsamt dåligt. Fick dricka te istället.

Quasi superrrr

Struttura ottimamente posizionata a due passi dalla metro a poche fermate dal centro (Gamla Stan), ottima insonorizzazione delle camere, colazione eccezionale con moltitudine di scelta, opzioni ed angoli vegani e gluten free.

Da migliorare i letti, sia nella comodità che nella posizione sopratutto per alzarsi di notte ed andare alla toilette.

P!nk nos llevo a Estocolmo y nos encanto!

El hotel tiene buenas habitaciones, o por lo menos la que nos toco. Camada cómoda, almohadas un poco altas y un baño grande a cualquier hotel europeo. El desayuno del hotel de lo mejor! La calidad y variedad de la comida es excelente! La ubicación es perfecta para moverte a cualquier zona de la ciudad con el metro en la puerta del hotel.

God frukost men stökigt, för stort och mycket gäster. Besviken över att inte kunna efterregistrera poäng i bonusprogrammet. Jag frågade personalen om mitt medlemskap när jag checkade ut och de konstaterade att jag var medlem hos Strawberry. Men när jag var utcheckad gick inte det att registrera. Då kan jag tycka att personalen kunnat fråga mig om jag var medlem eller sett det i sitt datasystem. Dålig kundservice!

Impersonnel, industrie du tourisme. Moquette usée dans la chambre, ménage fait rapidement, serviette de bain trouée, chambre minuscule. Personnel froid. Trop cher pour cette qualité. Le restaurant était très bon mais aussi très cher.

Best breakfast ever!!!! Great rooms, clean and decent size. Good value for many in Stockholm .. walking distance to SOFO and Södermalm, train and busses on your doorstep to easily get anywhere you need. Staff were really helpful and friendly… mimmi was our toddler’s favourite - went out of her way to say good morning to her every day

Soluzione perfetta per visitare Stoccolma

Camera ampia e dotata dei servizi necessari (compresi phon, ferro da stiro, frigo bar), colazione eccezionalmente varia e abbondante, personale cordiale, posizione ideale per visitare la città (a due passi dalla metro). Pulizia quotidiana della stanza. Possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. Hotel molto ampio e frequentato ma comunque ben organizzato.

Le uniche cose che avrei preferito sarebbero state l'assenza di moquette in camera e la possibilità di aprire la finestra.

Overall a great, fuss free experience

The breakfast was great in terms of selection. However, as I stayed for quite a few days, things got repetitive after a while. Would be great if the menu could be varied slightly each day. Otherwise, room was clean and facilities were great, location was convenient- right above the subway station

Don't book if you need an invoice.

I asked for an invoice for my company. I was told I would get the invoice, I can just leave. I never received it. I sent a message over Booking asking for it. I never received an answer to my message. I will need to pay this from my own money.

Het is een prima hotel

Prima plek, op loopafstand van de oude stad. Goed ontbijt.

De kamer was heel warm en er kon geen raam open. Voor het inchecken was een boekingscode nodig. Van Booking.com had ik nogal wat verschillende codes ontvangen dus het duurde even om de juiste te vinden. (Inchecken doe je zelf met een computer in de lobby)

Overall a solid choice

The property was very close to the metro station and all the main stops. Breakfast was included and they had many different options.

Couldn’t really feel the air conditioning in my room, and we woke up without electricity the other day.

Overall, not bad, but could've been much more pleasant if some things were better thought through.

Good breakfast and amazing lady that greets guests - she was the best part of the stay :)

The room was extremely small - once you open up the suitcase on the floor, there's literally no space left :( No hangers or anything to put the clothes on; in the shower, there's no shelf for the toiletries, so you have to put them on the sink outside of the shower - not that big of a deal, but still inconvenient. The AC is directed at the bed, so even though I set higher temperature in the room, it still felt a bit chilly - another minor issue that made the stay less pleasant than it could've been.

Gute Unterkunft mit guter Lage für wenige Nächte

- Lage sehr gut, U-Bahn Station befindet sich direkt vor dem Hoteleingang - Personal war sehr freundlich - vielfältiges und grosses Frühstücksangebot

- Es ist ziemlich kalt im Zimmer und die Lüftung konnte nicht mehr wärmer eingestellt werden, ausserdem ist die Luft durch die Lüftung sehr trocken, was beim Schlafen unangenehm war. - Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr unhygienisch. Die Sauna wird mit Badeanzug betreten, Besucher duschen vor und nach der Sauna nicht und gehen dann in den Pool. - Betten waren ziemlich dirchgelegen und nicht so bequem.

Heb veelvuldig contact gehad met zowel Booking.com als het hotel. En alhoewel er heel veel beloften werden gedaan werd geen enkele afspraak nagekomen. Gewoon niet aan beginnen aan dit hotel. Ze zeiden dat ze wilden meewerken aan het verplaatsen van de boeking, en vanzelfsprekend zaten daar extra kosten voor ons aan, maar toezeggingen werden structureel niet nagekomen en er werd alleen naar anderen gewezen.

Eating and sleeping were both a bit of a challenge, which is not great for a hotel.

Great location Room was clean & smart Reception staff were friendly, even at 0230 when I checked in!

Duvet too hot, there wasn't a thinner blanket option. Even with outside temp at -13C and aircon on "cool" repeatedly woke up too hot. Pillow too big - one huge pillow and 4 tiny ones. Both options hard to stay asleep on. Breakfast although huge number of options, is laid out very weirdly. Bowls are 50 feet from the cereal. Milk is 80 feet from the cereal. Trays are hidden away out of sight. Cutlery non-existent both mornings. Had to ask, and what was put out was a dozen spoons for 200 guests. Also Breakfast closed hard at 0930 first day, which is a bit early.
