Much smaller than you think...

Nice quiet area (if your neighbors are quiet) and idyllic.

I can see now, that almost all of the pictures are taken in the large apartment on the 1st floor. Only a few are taken from the 2 small apartments at floor level and are taken to make the place look spacious. It's not!!! And if you are unlucky like we were, with noisy neighbors, you can hear everything they say and do... The beds are very, very soft! Too soft for us... If you use Google Maps to find the location, it will say you are there 5-600meters short of the address. Keep driving. It's known to the owner, but not communicated to you.

Everything from the easy communication to the accommodations exceeded expectations.

It was so quiet and peaceful! The apt was spacious and clean. After a very long day of traveling, it was the perfect place to settle in to. We were given recommendations to a nearby restaurant that was also amazing. And the horses on the ranch that appeared at sunset were almost like a dream. It was the perfect place to start our Croatian vacation.

The shower was a bit odd .

Beautiful, quaint cottage in beautiful forest. We loved the dog.

The location was beautiful and the dog was the cherry on top. Beautiful cabin in a stunning location. We loved the BBQ area. Cabin was cozy with lots of outdoor seating areas. Lovely birds and fire flys.

Really lovely. Wouldn't change a thing.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES I EVER STAYED AT! The sorroundings are simply amazing, cats, horses, squirrels, a lot of flowers and intense vegetation makes this place something very special. Added to this, the interior of the house is almost all made out of wood, which makes you feel as if you were in a movie almost. 1000% recommended to anyone looking forward to relax and connect with nature 💙

A beautiful spot to stay in the countryside of Croatia!

We absolutely loved our stay at the ranch! The location is perfect to visit the Plitvice National Park but does require a car as it is 4 km off the main road. Lots of markets and restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed for our 2 night stay including a well appointed kitchen, great wifi and a cozy wood fireplace. However, the best part is the ranch dog, Lu!!! She is an amazingly sweet girl who hung out with us the whole time. It was a huge treat for us!

The place comes with a bath tub with a hand held nozzle making showers tricky.

Nice country home with beautiful green surroundings. The host was very nice and attentive and replied immediately each time

The sound of people upstairs was very loud felt like people were walking in our room, it woke our children at night. Shower did not have any toiletries and the water temperature changed every minute from normal to cool to extremely hot. The only way to keep the house warm is the wood burning fireplace, so we had to add wood all through the night and couldn't get a good night sleep. During the day stuff comes in to warm up the place for you, which is very thoughtful, but they do not knock... There were dozens of ladybugs in the room, all over curtains, table, floors and the couch, which made it feel not very clean.. I guess there are trade offs for staying in the country home

Really good option for winters too!

The location was really good! The Ranch looks really beautiful in the winters as well! All facilities were similar to a hotel! Really polite host. Highlights are the animals on the farm. Really friendly.. Had a very authentic ranch experience with the wood fire heaters. Really huge rooms!

Gorgeous cabin off the beaten path

The wood burning fireplace was so nice. The property is stunning. The wood cabins have parking spaces for each guest. The host was so knowledgeable about the surrounding location and things to do. Two horses and two dogs are there to greet you when you wake up in the morning.

If there are guests in adjacent rooms you can hear them, but that is to be expected.

Very quiet location off the main street. We arrived very late but we could feel the pleasure of being immersed in nature in a not small wooden house. We don't know the hosts but they were very efficient in handling our accommodation and we were greeted late at night by a friendly dog. Wish I could comeback.

No negative points. No time for a detailed evaluation.

Peaceful gem in the forest

Location, clean air, forest, quiet, cosy wooden accommodation with nice roof windows and beautiful views. We also loved the dog Lu, who kept us company when we were out on the porch.

Had to turn off air conditioner after 9pm and unfortunately the windows did not have insect screens, so insects were coming in.

We did not want to leave. This is a wonderful oasis in the beautiful mountains. And we loved the friendly animals :)

A fantastic stay in a beautiful house with a helpful host.

Beautiful property in a lovely spot. You can walk into woodland straight from the door. Very helpful host met us at the property with the keys and had lit a fire ready for the evening which was fantastic. She was also on hand to answer questions by WhatsApp. We loved the friendly dog at the property too! Highly recommended.

Cozy chalet in a quit location.

The lighting was so horrible that reading wasn't possible. Toiletries (shampoo, soap etc.) are almost ran out of.

Location surrounding in beautiful nature at the end of the road

No body wash or shampoo. No coffee or tea in any form. Have spent a month in Croatia, first time it has happened in 9 accomodations. Cold welcome.
