I had booked the room and paid with my credit card, but the check-in name was my wife. I was also registered as a guest and a copy of my passport was made. On the second day I returned to the hotel before my wife because she was still at the doctor and she had the hotel room key. Since I didn't have a key, I went to reception to get another key! But now there was this unfriendly person, who was already unfriendly when checking in, who was not Thai but, as it turned out, a Filipino or a Burmese? This figure wanted 500 baht from me for a replacement key even though I told him that I had booked in this hotel and was registered. He agreed to open the door for me but not to give me another key to activate the electricity in the room! an impudence! what should I do in a dark room with no air conditioning and no light? For me, this person is unbearable for such a company and I will continue to report this in other forums. see picture

ห้อง sea view ดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาด เดินไปหาดได้ แต่เป็นเนินสูงนิดหน่อย ต้องเดินลงไปหาด สระว่ายน้ำไม่ใหญ่มาก

อาหารเช้าน้อยชนิด ออกมาไม่ทันช่วงเวลาที่แขกลงมาเยอะ ออกมาก็หมด น้ำก็ยังเติมไม่ทัน

Another great stay!!

The view and size of the room. The staff are all excellent!!. Check in and out soo fast.. And No advance money taken until ariving.

Not to close to stores.. You need a car or Bolt...

Lovely Hotel with a nice view

The Best staff. Easy booking. In line and on check in.

Restaraunt closed... Only order breakfast off a card. Location. Beautiful view but a bit difficult by foot to get to a 7 11 or food.. I will keep staying there. But recommend you have a car or motorbike

Location, the veiw from balcony so nice, no road noise, big rooms, great staff.

Unfortunately the walls are thin, the big television are modern and guests watching TV until 3am,also shouting at each other when they having a conversation, and singing loud on balcony ,banging doors, moving furniture, it's a shame because the location is so so quiet from an outside source but the problem is ignorant guests in the hotel. But overall the place is perfect if you're not a light sleeper.

Be careful, for an accidentally soiled sheet, an invoice was issued upon check-out. The maid did not leave a receipt from the laundry or a notice of payment. It's good that there was enough cash left. It was very unexpected and unpleasant.

Would go again if prices were 40% lower and other services resumed.

Excellent location, hygienically clean

Long stay price was significantly higher this year, and the hotel does not rate that highly. Restaurant was closed but the kitchen provided room service, with food in containers, gym was closed and regular shuttle service was suspended (Covid processes).

Gym was closed. Hotel restaurant was closed, food was delivered to the room in plastic containers in a plastic bag.

Ok..about par for the course.

Stayed at Bella before and the shuttle to Dolphin Roundabout was great. It was not available during our stay this time so had to push wheelchair with disabled child. Otherwise, very good hotel.

Location and the rooms were very big and also the provide free transportation from the hotel to their point
