Perfecte locatie daarvoor!

breakfast good and in Spa friendly people
We expected a kettle on the superior room No flexible reception Spa-treatment was planned by the reception so that we needed a 15 minutes later checkout. That was not possible. Disappointed!

Good quality breakfast, with plenty of selection. Enjoyed a facial and a massage in the Spa - very relaxing and worth the money. Great location, calm, quiet area close to Goffert Park. Great variety of Spa facilities and pool with jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms. Outside and inside seating with waiter service in the Spa. Had dinner at the hotel and the food was tasty, good portions and as a large group we could order from the 3 different types of menu.
A lot of mixed and unclear communication between the staff. Check in was very slow; I paid for a room with spa package and was informed I needed to pay for a bathrobe at check in. My friends who booked the same package - didn't have to pay for theirs. Rooms are spacious, but very tired, no air con and hot rooms. I didn't understand the policy of no bags in the spa area - if you bought the hotel bag - that was allowed, this was an unnecessary upsell and cost. Drinks are very expensive at the hotel!

the spa facilities are quite nice, the A La Carte dinner was excellent and the only time we really got good service.
Service was terrible. They wont let you take your own bag into the spa, but you can take a bag into the spa - if you BUY one of theirs! The panini I had was the worst I've ever experience, soggy and tasteless. The chips were worse that McDs. The lounge beds outside were not clean. The QR code for ordering outside was "deactivated due to the weather". The staff said to me that there were only one size bathrobes and then my friend got offered different sizes. Despite booking and paying for spa access, they tried to charge us for this on arrival and we had to ask for the robes and slippers. Check in and check out had very long processing times and queues. The 2 elevators were so slow and meant frequent queues. Very expensive for basic things like water. A twin room is not a twin room - its twin beds pushed together that you cannot separate due to the built in frame.

Outstanding Restaurant🙂

The surroundings are gorgeous. It’s really relaxing. The treatments are great.
The chairs in the restaurant are really narrow. If you are a bit bigger they are really uncomfortable. same goes for the chairs in the spa. The sunbeds however are really comfortable. The Spa itself was renovated not too lang ago but the paint in the indoor pool is flaking and chipping. You are not allowed to bring your own drinks in the room, but for the price they ask we’d expected to at lest have a kettle and complimentary coffee. There is no airconditioning.

when I checked in they told me someone already took my room, and when I finally entered the new room I found out my bathroom doesn’t have water, and I called reception they just told me you will have it at tomorrow 4am and didn’t even apologize for it, the next day when I’m back to hotel I have to ask reception to give me another card because my card couldn’t open the room, this is the worst experience I had on Booking, and this is the first time I leave this king of bad comment

The food at the restaurant downsatairs and espresso martini were really good. I stayed for two nights from Sunday till Tuesday. Rooms were very clean and personel at the reception polite. Swimming pool outside was nice and water temperature was warm enough.
Inside everything is a bit old and the paint is falling off. What I really didn't like was the massage. It didnt feel like a message at all. It felt like someone was just rubbing oil on your body not really knowing what to do and repeating movements that this person learned somewhere but not hitting the right spots on your body at all. Expensive and not a good experience. It was also a struggle to book a threatment because they dont have enough staff and even for the next day it was possible to book a message only after 17. I also didnt get the bathrobe when I arrived, I had to ask for it at the reception. Food, besides the restaurant near the reception, really basic and unhealthy. You expect smoothies, fruits and healthy choices but you can order only bitterballen and other snacks. The biggest issue I have with this place are groups of young guys entering the SPA in the evening. On Monday even police came to escort them out. It makes you feel uncomfortable and unsafe. In my opinion they shouldn't let in people from the outside after 20:00. Overall, in my opinion this is a nice spot to relax if you dont expect much and you want a hotel with swimming pool open till 23:00. If you are looking for a SPA and nice threatments you will be dissapointed.

Diner was very very good.
Of course the spa is relatiegeschenken good
Breakfast was advertised as good but is actually very poor. Not much choice, cheap tomatos and cucumber. No salad. No salmon. Just ordinary breakfast.

Great hotel to enjoy thermal waters, well organized and in general a very positive experience
The facilities are starting to get run down, which is a shame as with minor maintenance the hotel can be in top shape again. Hopefully this is done soon.

nicely located near to Nijmegen. the beds were good and the building has a clean atmosphere
I did not felt like I was being pampered - very busy in the thermen with us having to wait to get into sauna or even simple pools. in total there were just 2 real saunas and the pools were all more or less the same. the restaurant was loud; long waiting, quite expensive. the pakking we chose was done by a very young girl (weekend help I guess) who was kind but I had no clue why we did it, not what the advantages were. then the rooms were spacious but a bath to step in instead of a shower. the gym was closed by 3 pm which we only realized later and because the pool was so busy we decided to go into the city. lastly, we still used the thermen for the morning before we left. we put our bags into the storage room which all felt a little like an easyJet flight where all have to be done by yourself instead of someone helping out.

great value for money
needs some updates/refurbishment. little bit dated.

The Thermen was the main draw for us and as entry was included in the room rate it our stay more reasonable value for money. The staff were charming and the restaurant offered a nice evening meal and a good breakfast selection.
I’m not sure why they are listed as a ‘Fietsers Welkom’ hotel. There was nothing obviously cycling friendly about the hotel and (importantly for us) there was no secure undercover bicycle parking. The main hotel looked good but the room was looking a little tired in places (particularly the bathroom) and while there was a mini bar (extra charge) there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which was a surprise for a hotel charging as much as they do.
