Love the pathways to the pool and beach staff on the pool very nice love the space of the bad rooms.
The location is too far from walking distance to stores.

Private beach, it was all clean and the workers where phenomenal.
3.5
Easy to sign in and out
No access to public transportation. Have to use taxis for everything.
Swimming pool same depths 1.5 meters. To far from hotel rooms
Not entertaining at night and same food at the restaurants

The breakfast was terrible and the food in general was awful the quedes for the buffet was awful
The facilities of the bathroom at the pool and at the beach were far away . The food was terrible

Las Brisas is located right on the Beach.
The long walk to pools.

Architecture and location are great, private beach is incredible
Building needs maintenance and some renovations, sewer system smells badly. The lock of one room was always failing, it would not read the key card. Replacing key cards was not helping, the door lock was damaged. We had to request assistance at the reception almost daily.

it’s a great property, but because of the danger alert my family cancelled. we cancelled 16 days before check in yet your service would not allow me to cancel. I was charged a penalty fee thru no fault of my own.
excellent property

Junior Suite was perfect - The view was amazing.
If there had been 2 chaise lounges on the balcony instead of just one.

I really enjoyed the view, the beach, and the friendly staff.

clean right by the beach, very kind staff, safe beach no vendors, awesome awesome location and incredible sunsets!!!
food is not great, ocean by the hotel is very rough very strong waves, be careful specially with kids

Quiet rooms and extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful ecological site. Service was good in all restaurants and buffet. Service was hit and miss on the beach depending on where we were. All staff work hard to make guests happy. The beach was accessible by stairs or elevator. It is public but privately cut off from main beach.
The beach is beautiful but huge waves and strong undertow. Pool is a long way to other side of property and on side of a cliff. This isn’t a problem at all - just be aware of different family members. Due to the fact rooms are so far from the lobby it would have been nice to have had a bar fridge filled with bottles water. All ice fridges have been removed off every floor - so only two bottles of warm water in room ever day. We wrote a note every day in Spanish to ask for 4 bottles. Water was provided when we wrote a note.

Our room was, as all of them were, facing the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets. Clean and comfortable bedding. The restaurants served well prepared, fresh and delicious food. We were there 11 days and found not much repetition. The grounds of the complex are lush and well maintained, with stone walkways everywhere (yes, lots of walking!). But the best aspect of all was the staff. Bladimir, Yalver, Jorge, and Belisario were a few of the outstanding people we had the pleasure of meeting. Efficient and friendly, the staff truly made our vacation one to fondly remember.
As mentioned, there's a lot of walking to be done and stairs on the property. I have mobility issues, and I found that fairly tiring. But, they have elevators and never would that deter us from staying there again.

The resort is beautiful with amazing views and awesome staff.
There was an odour in the room - a damp odour that increased when the AC was running. Perhaps more maintenance on the AC to ensure there isn't any mold or mildew build-up.

Great facilities, easy to stay on the property and enjoy a day.
Bathroom doesn’t have ventilation and the shower drained didn’t work so it would create a pool at your feet, limiting your shower time.
Definitely higher chargers compared to the Zihua town prices making extras feel a little expensive for Mexico.

exclusive at amazing location.
loved everything.

The property is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and well maintained
The noise level in the rooms hallways and between the rooms is excessively loud. Better insulation between rooms is needed.

I stay at Las Brisas twice each and every year for the last 20 years. great place. Super good staff and location
Nothing. Everything was great!
3.5
Nice view, nice beach. There are waves but still posible to swim. No external vendors on the beach, pretty safe. The pool area is great. Rooms are outdated but it’s ok. The terrace is big and hamaca is a plus.
In general The food is bad, I don’t recommend getting all inclusive. Not many options, no steaks, mainly chicken and pork. Shrimps are not fresh, from the supermarket frozen bags. Such a shame when there are plenty fresh seafood and very cheap. Their Shrimp Ceviche is awful. Don’t get all inclusive, don’t waste your money. There are plenty good restaurants around. New Year’s Eve dinner is very expensive: $160 USD per adult and $70 per child.

the beach is wonderful, the staff are helpful and nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the architecture is fantastic
the food is terrible and over priced, I ordered shrimp by the beach and they were inedible. It’s difficult to go anywhere else to eat so they give the absolute minimum quality regarding food

Staff was great! Big shout-outs to Santiago upon check in and during our 10-night stay; Leslie was very helpful as the concierge to set up spa appointments and make reservations to the many fine restaurants in and away from the resort. Also, Mario who oversaw the Las Brisas Beach Club service of breakfast and dinner was excellent to make us feel very welcome.
The bathroom could have had better lighting. Ristorante Portofino was not as good as the last time we visited. We wanted to purchase two towels with the hotel logo but there was none to buy. We have been to the resort a number of times and wished the adult pool had all of the waterfalls in operation this time.

Pools, beach access
The beach loungers were old.

Room and hotel were clean.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Liked the beach access.
Breakfast buffet was good.
20th floor Club cocktail hour was great and the young man and lady working there were friendly and professional and helpful.
A great family hotel.
I requested a bathtub but didn't get one.
Couldn't find an outlet by the bed to charge my phone and watch.
Coffee maker made an unpleasant loud noise to brew so I didn't have coffee at all in my room.
My refrigerator did not work.
Breakfast buffet was good but wish there was regular plain oatmeal. No sourcream on chilaquiles. The wait staff didn't ask if I wanted coffee. I had to get it myself and also refill it a few times.
No bike rentals unless Friday or Saturday.
No night life or activities for singles to do during day or and night.
