Average place. Good to spend a coffee evening or dinner but not for staying

Location was nice. Staff very courteous. Food was good.

Musty carpets made it nauseous indoor and in the corridors. It is horrible along with their trying to desensitise the smell with pungent jasmine perfumes.

Clean & neat ambience, well maintained. Proffessional staff & service. Rooms are also well maintained.

Overpriced. Especially the dinner buffet which charged 1750rs per person. Not value for money.

The customer service needs to be better; in terms of housekeeping & in-room dining. They need to know which room to allot as per customer ask; and how to lay the food as well.

A great place to stay—I only wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious. Super comfy bed. Beautifully decorated.

Although it was the nicest bathroom I’ve found in India, separate shower and all, it never got very hot.

It was ok, wasnt upto our expectations

I booked this property cuz i had an exceptional experience in trident jaipur…..but cochin was disappointing

The front desk staff behaviour was disappointing and the rooms were not ready even though we reached at 4. It took almost 45 minutes to the get the luggage to our room n contacted the reception twice. we were travelling with a toddler which was very inconvenient. During breakfast water from the a/c vent was dripping onto our table.

A 5 star stay with a 5 star experience

It was an amazing property near the docks even though it was on a man made island it was still pretty secured and the hotel was amazing. The staff was exceptionally good and took good care of you. They even attended to your special needs and also helped in a surprise which I had to give to my partner. Special thanks to f&b manager Ravi who helped us plan and research some tours there as well. Truly a remarkable experience.

Great food, great service, the manager was always checking on his guests. The restaurant staff, especially Ravi, are absolute assets!

Exceptional service

The staff was brilliant. They took very good care of us. In particular Ravi, Sreekesh, Abhishek and one of the chefs, Sreeja. We were visiting with our 8 month old and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had whatever we needed for our little one. Breakfast spread was great. Food in general was really good.

Gym could be better. Also the hotel needs to do away with plastic water bottles

The entire team at The Travancore restaurant is fantastic. I absolutely enjoyed my dining experience here. The 'VanCho' cake is surely going to be the highlight of my stay.

Idyllic, relaxing and cozy with amazing food.

The food was brilliant. The ambience of the property was very calming and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself had a subtle old world charm to it, felt nice and cozy.

Comfortable and quiet

Quality service from the staff at the hotel. Great breakfast. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Pool area was great.

The location is a little strange. There is nothing else on this island. So you will need transport to go anywhere- either your own or taxi .
