In first impressions I was impressed by the hotel.
Lots of space in the apartment, with kitchen/ sitting room and bathroom and separate bedroom and with a balcony with a sea view too (with table and chairs which was lovely).
Handy having a shop on site as nothing else in the area walking distance.
Nice to have a deep bath AND a powerful shower available.
Really friendly staff members, especially the bar tender down by the pool.
Good sized pool, it was fun to swim under the bridge, even if it was cold!
Great location if you have a car rental as there is free parking and is easy to drive to destinations from the hotel.
Jacuzzi outside by the pool never seemed to be warm.
Bed was too hard for my liking, but my partner liked it.
Wasn't too impressed by the buffet choices, but that's because I'm a vegetarian with allergies.
Wasn't any choices of entertainment in the evening during our stay, other than having a drink at the bar.
Far away from other restaurants / shops unless you get the bus/ taxi or hire a car.

Big rooms with two bathroom and amazing balcony. free parking. The most value of this apartment is the staff, very helpful and friendly
Old facilities, need for better maintenance, surface cracks everywhere. The breakfast was good but dinner not much changes. Small restaurant area. Poor animation for children

At the first I had to pay for everything, I mean for safe , internet ,laundry and ... despite the hotel was so far from las palmas it had no entertainment only two nights at 9:30 . City Transportation was so perfect 👍 and
Then about the first room , it was so noisy.. hearing the water from walls comes and runs ... talking people in the next room .. walking people behind the sleeping room...
Two receptionist women were so rude , she made a mistake for my breakfast and wanted to charge me again and she found out she has wrong she didn't apologize
Breakfast only some choices and the most of them were with pork meat....there was no towel for swimming pool...all in all it wasn't 4* it was zero star
"And all over the hotel were full of cockroaches 🪳 "

Swimming pool and facilities were all good and the staff worked hard and were polite and friendly.
The kids enjoyed the gym, playing on the pool table and table tennis. We were half board and there was a varied choice of food which was all very tasty! We paid for lunch in the pool restaurant and the toasted sandwiches and pizzas were well priced and delicious. The on-site supermarket was very handy for drinks, snacks and ice creams.
We always managed to get a sun bed and parasol, although did have to remove some people's towels who had 'reserved' them and weren't around for hours.
The rooms were spacious and the kitchen came with a toaster, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave & hob. The towels and toilet rolls were changed/re-stocked daily.
Taxis can be reserved from reception.
Room was a bit tired; limescale on the taps, dusty floor, chipped and dented kitchen cupboards but was fine for the amount of time we actually spent in the room. Location is out of the way so expect to pay for bus or cabs if you want to go somewhere busier like Playa del Ingles.

- Ocean View
- Supermarket in the hotel
- The balcony is huge!
- The pool should be climatized, at least the kids one. Too cold to get in
- The location is very nice, clean and quiet, unfortunately there aren't any nice beaches within walkable distance

Reception area & grounds are well maintained and impressive, contrary to the rooms. The staff are very pleasant, welcoming and friendly. Staff were very helpful & willing to print documents- very handy especially as paperwork needed for travel during COVID. On-site shop was well stocked and convenient as the local supermarket is ~7mins walk away. 7-10min walk to bus stops.
The first room that we checked in to didn’t have a proper sofa bed, the back of the sofa just plopped down and was uncomfortable. We complained and “upgraded” rooms the sofa bed this time was a slide out single bed under the sofa. This was uncomfortable also and close to the floor near to a spider on the floor coming from behind the sofa after we slid out the bed! The kitchen lacked a kettle, a scourer and can opener- we had to request all of these from reception which was then brought fairly quickly. We couldn’t stay there due to the spider/sleeping situation so we had to pay for an upgrade to a 2 bed. The beds were more comfortable here. We then found a cockroach in the dishwasher that first night! The balcony/outdoor furniture was dusty and as though not been used in years. Every room we saw needed updating, the decor and rooms looked tired, with cracked walls. Paying for the Wi-Fi is an inconvenience at €1 per day per device.

Location and the view.
Cold swimming pool, 21°C , never heated such a shame, the water in the ocean was 22°C , so disappointing ...

Receptionist did a good job and was helpful
We´ve been staying in this hotel already some 8 years ago. Kept us in good reminding. But since then they have done NOTHING to keep it up. So, better times are definetely over. We had to ask for changing the room 2 times, as first two cocharachas had us welcome. Then there was no bed linen at all (2 adults, 2 children - we came at 1.30 at night) and the bed sheet was disgusting dirty, the sofa bed rotten and seemed to be falling into pieces. Same with the 2nd room, they offered. Finally we got an upgrade to a usually much more expensive room, kept in a bit better condition (kitchen also rotten) and that was ok then. Flower boxes at the balcony with no flowers at all - rotten. At 10.30am noisy bullshity animation program got us out of the bed: "Last Christmas" in and endless loop ... UNBELIEVABLE! We were already up to leave that night after the first 2 attempts, but the receptionist did it best to keep us happy.....
