Wir (31, 32, 58, 58 Jahre alt) waren Ende Februar ca eine Woche auf Mallorca und haben 2 Nächte im Viva Golf Hotel übernachtet. Das Viva Golf war das schönste Hotel unserer Rundreise! (und nur geringfügig teurer als die anderen) Die Lage und das Freizeitangebot von dem Leisure Guide Betty ist ausgezeichnet. Wir haben eine 3-4h Radtour nach Port de Pollença gemacht, eine ca 2-3h Wanderung entlang am Strand zu einem luxuriösen Sportplatz (Club de Golf Alcanada), hatten eine Sunset Yoga Einheit direkt am Sandstrand vor dem Hotel, waren im Gym und hatten einen Live Musik Abend direkt im Hotel. ALLES sogar die Fahrräder waren im Preis inkludiert. Darüber hinaus gab uns Betty großartige Freizeittips. Bsp: Besuch der Altstadt von Alcudia und Spaziergang auf der Mauer bei Nacht oder die Wanderung rund um die Kirche Ermita de la Victoria #absoluteEmpfehlung #wirKommenGerneWieder #10von10

relaxing

The room and peacefulness of being in an adults only resort. The sun chair in the pool and the daybeds were great. Also loved looking out to the beach and listening to the live music from our balcony at night.

the room was nice but the extra level on top ended up being disappointing as the spa was very average. It didn't heat up nd it stopped every couple of minutes. So in the end we didn't use it and it ended up being a very expensive room for something we didn't use.

Great hotel by a great beach

The beach and ocean by the hotel are great! The pool area was big enough and even in July had no issues finding chairs mid morning. We had the half board included and the food was always really good. They had a huge breakfast selection with a little of everything and there was a different theme each night for dinner so you didn't see the same thing each night (Italian, Asian, etc). The staff was helpful with a recommendation on a hike. We also set up the private transfer through the hotel ahead of time which was great.

Luxury hotel in amazing location

Firstly Dominika was amazing she made us feel at home and was very professional The restaurant was good and staff were very helpful and friendly The roof top suite was amazing with. Jacuzzi The Beach is great and hotel sun beds and pool amazing This hotel is great you and always get a sun bed The food was amazing would highly recommend And come back again

Champagne experience with a sparkling view of the bay

Fantastic duplex room over looking the bay with rooftop deck and pool. Wonderful staff coffee angel Lina, booking wizard Marga and chief of warm welcomes every morning and evening Claus.

Aircon didn't kick in but understand that is Spanish govt regs

Cosy hotel at the beach in Port d’Alcudia

The room was clean and well equipped with showering gel, shaving kit and other useful additions to guests’ comfort. The cuisine was delicious!!!! The offer of food was generous and of a good quality and the staff was extremely helpful and amiable (even helped us contact the taxi service when we needed it).

It was very cold in the room and we were not able to use the whirlpool due to rain, as it was uncovered.

Beautiful hotel

We had a great stay in this hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The room was always very clean. The facilities around the hotel were brilliant, great pool and jacuzzi for all guests to use. Drinks were reasonably priced. Buffet food was brilliant for both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we would love to stay again.

- Staff were friendly - Restaurant for lunch was nice (but open to non guests) - Location on beach is nice

- Double bed is actually two singles - Swimming pool is very small so can’t really swim - Breakfast is average - Air conditioning didn’t work - Room fairly small for price

Clean and classy (but needs some TLC in the room)

Location is idyllic - close to the shops and restaurants, right on the beach. Breakfast was sensational - amazing choice and taste. Staff were all friendly and personable and helpful.

The room itself needs a little TLC. The bathroom was fresh and pristine and the patio furniture was excellent but the wardrobes doors didn’t function properly, the tele was slightly scratched, there wasn’t a kettle or a cup and the terrace door lock was hanging off. There was a dirty stain on the spare duvet but this was changed as soon as I told them front desk.

Breakfast was good until because it was closing season they decided to just remove items and start shutting services, quite disappointing

Don’t shut things when you still have so many customers, and it’s basic requirements from hotel shouldn’t be frowned on when requested
