Alles super! It’s a nice place to stay for family. We loved the pool and the sauna. We felt so comfortable . We wish to stay more days next time. And oh! The staff are so nice.
I hope the swimming pool will be warmer next time😉

The attitude towards customers
8.0 / 10.0
the hotel is located directly at the promenade, walking distance from literally everything. the staff was friendly and attentive. one of the biggest and comfiest beds i’ve slept in in a while! the facilities in general where clean, modern and tasteful! very pleased!
the hotel is parted into three houses, with one of them (the one we stayed in) being like a 3-5 minute walk away from the others. not the most pleasant, considering the current weather, having to run to the spa in the rain. but it’s noted when booking and definitely privileged problems, that didn’t impair our stay at all!

all good except WLAN
no WLAN in my room, had to use working space at reception

Apartman was very spacious, clean and nicely furnitured. Breakfast was at very decent level. Locality is also very good, close to sea and main street.
We had no internet access during the whole stay, nor wifi or phone signal.
They were unable to fix the internet issue. I complained every day, they keep promising to solve it but nothing happened. So i spoke directly to manager at day three. It turned out they knew about the issue in the room but do nothing about it and i was explained i should rather spend my time outside of the room. This was just so rude. I choose the hotel also fbecause of the feature of wifi access at the room as i had to work during the nights. All in all, the time i invest to this complaint and the feedback and behaviour i got back just ruined my while experience. I never faced such a arogant manager in hotel services.

Nice house (the separate two level abode), all brand new, chic, modern, immaculately clean, great beds, a short hop to the beach. Breakfast next door with such lovely b/f ladies. Reception staff happy efficient bunch, switched on and fast. Liked it so much….
As usual in German Bäder the Kurtaxe being applied and paid post stay with an extra on site payment effort.
Easier to include it in the rate, itemize it on the bill and on you go. I am sure it is not the hotel’s choice.

Everything is as it should be.
The location is fantastic, apartment well furnished and perfectly clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful (especially staff at Wolkenlos restaurant).
It would have been better if the parking was free of charge.

Restaurant orangerie fantastic
Spa clean and good
Friendly and professional staff
Location and in front of the sea
Ample room
Restaurant Wolkenloss
Considering the coronavirus related restrictions that apply for the use of the spa, we try to book it well in advance. However -perhaps due to an occasional issue- we only got a time slot in the second day.
Rooms a bit noisy

The location is superb. The apartment met all our expectations and the breakfast was good. There were accommodations for COVID 19 which were followed. The restaurant for dinner was great too.
Minor things. Nothing big enough to comment about.
