Location, very comfortable bed, helpful personnel
The room was at a separate building at the back yard over the parking lot
5.0
Great location on seafront, very comfortable room and bed. Room on side of building which was a bonus as quieter. Soundproofing between rooms excellent.

Good location
Breakfast was enough, no frills
Housekeeping was lacking

Staying for 2 nights - OK. Hotel located next to the beach- which is good if you are visiting summer time.
A bit far from the train station.
Near by restaurants not open until 6 or 7pm. There was no option to have lunch or dinner in the hotel. Basically, hungry the entire day.
It's a good stay for oldery people, couples etc. Not for families with children (unless planning beach hols).
5.0
Great location opposite the beach and close to the airport.
Very friendly staff and car parking
Wasn't a problem for us but carrying heavy luggage up the stairs might be a problem for some as there is no lift.
Would have been good to have tea making facilities in room

Family room was big and comfortable
Internal parking is very good but too expensive (15 Euros).

Very helpful staff for us non-French speaking guests.
Parking super convenient right behind hotel as we have stayed in the area many times and usually are directed to an off site parking

Room with balcony. Stunning view of the Mediterranean. Wonderful staff. Fine breakfast. In a charming town and only 8 minute drive from the Nice Airport. Best parking ever for a bustling beach town-private, protected, easily accessible.

Perfect location on the beach, close to shops and restaurants and near the train station. We quickly got by train to Antibes, Eze (the climb via F. Nietzsche trail was great and not too difficult), Monaco and to the airport. Nice staff, cute small hotel.

We really liked the location of the hotel just across from the beach and close to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and ice cream shops. Also the location is perfect for people who like to run, powerwalk in the mornings/evenings along the beach. Our room was very cozy and also we had a little terrace outside where we could sit in the evening and enjoy the nice weather.
The only little minus was very tiny bed in the room. Fortunately we are not too big and we could fit in.

Staff was very helpful. The location was great - across the street from the beach! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Such a great location. Convenient to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfy and plenty of space for the four of us in the room.
Odd bathroom setup but did not detract from the stay.
