Tutto funzionante, profumato e pulito.
Ritorneremo sicuramente.Grazie!

The location was great. The staff greeted me very nice , very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.
The bed was a bit too firm for me.

Very good breakfast and pool facilities

The shuttle service, facilities were good, pool also good.
Staff was very helpful
Bus for porto ceasareo center passes inside of the hotel.
The bar on the pool is expensive and not so good.
The umbrella and chairs are 40 eur for the beach, the hotel should offer 50% discount as the hotel is already expensive.
There was a lot of pigeons on the pool, it is discomfortable sometimes.

I asked for a double room, expecting a double bed. was simply 2 singles pushed together, found myself falling between them on a regular basis

The older wing of this hotel was quite old and not up to expectations for a 4-star hotel.

The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was really lovely. The dinner meal offered were quite good and reasonably priced. I would stay here again.
The hotel wasn’t really walking distance to Porto Cesareo when walking in the heat. Thankfully there was a city bus that came by regularly.

Clean efficient services.Navetta to and from beach constantly.Beautiful rooms, pool was excellent.Super clean facilities.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. There is a service to go to beach. City central is not so far away from the hotel.
Breakfast was not good, it could be better. The Partner Beach was little bit expensive, 35 euro for an umbrella and two seats and plus you need to pay for parking if you prefer to go to there by your car.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Pool looked nice, even though we did not have time to use it. Breakfast was ok, but we missed veggies. Would recommend if you have a car and want to explore the area, otherwise it might be difficult to get here.

The swimming pool and sun bathing terrace was very nice with lots of lovely flowers and places to sit on various levels (in and out of the sun), the beach voucher which was discounted. The bicycles were free to use, which is good given the location. (But it is quiet, being out of the way).
Location is a little out of the way, but I didn’t see this as a problem for us and our stay. There was a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach (Orange Sun).

Super friendly staff! A couple of things dealt with swiftly, no hassles. The pool was very clean, really great area to relax. Dinner and coffee was delicious 😋
Zero English channels on TV. We were ok walking to the beach (10 minutes) and port (25 minutes) but would not be practical for everyone, pavements are hazardous or non existent in places, not easy to get taxis

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Room was modern and clean.
Pool was good size and clean.
Very poor drink choices at the bar.
Very little food available during the day (no ice-creams, sandwiches etc)
Nothing within walking distance - we used free bus to the beach or taxis into Porto Cesareo every day.

Nicest hotel staff ever! Very nice and warm people, super positive and helpful, they definitely deserve a raise 😄. The hotel is a bit outdated but the people working there made our stay one of the nicest.
Our bus was at 13:30 so they let us check-out late and even drove us to the bus station.
Swimming pool was very nice, restaurant as well, each day they had different menu with local food. Few times I asked if they can cook something else for me and they did, without a problem.
A bit far from the beach but there is a shuttle taking you to the beach or you can take bicycles from the hotel.
A but far from city as well, so it is difficult to go the city for dinner or drinks.

Positives:
- The pool was nice
- The music on Saturday night
- Good pasta
- The staff were friendly but other than Francesca, they were not helpful in terms of giving information. We should have been asked on arrival if we had a car. We should have been told about the beach shuttle. They could have made us feel more welcome by helping us with more info.
Low points:
- The rooms - not worth €250 a night.
- The location
- Breakfast
- Check in and general information given was rushed and unwelcoming, with very little info given.
- Unclear when booking how many extra costs there would be:
- Beach access (€35 extra per day)
- Bikes €5 each per day
- Towels for the beach €2 per change
- €10 for taxi one way to town 1.5kms or, you can walk along a busy road with no sidewalks. Only 5 days in did we find another safer route to walk.
- Terrible wifi
- No shops or restaurants nearby
- Limited food options
- No info about local public transport - we luckily found a local bus that came at limited hours of the day and often did not come at all.
Often we felt stuck. Not worth €250 per night.

The hotel is great if you have kids like us. They have a shuttle to and from the beach/lido, as well as a restaurant and pool on the property. Which is nice as there is plenty to do even if you little one is down for a nap. The service was great and it was only a short drive, or bike ride, into town for dinner, drinks, and the like.
You do have to drive to get into town, as it’s too far to walk, and parking can be a problem.
