Comfortabel verblijf

Vriendelijkheid, , rustig in het restaurant, chique inrichting-kamer badkamer, bedden+, prijs kwaliteit.

Heerlijk hotel nabij het mooie strand.

Fantastische ligging, zeer mooie kamers met op de hoogste etages een geweldig uitzicht. Ruime parkeerplaatsen onder het hotel met lift naar de diverse etages. Uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers en een geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt. Kortom top.

Fully met our expectations.

Typically Spanish breakfast with a good selection of food. Very close to the beach and promenade with lots of cafes and restaurants.

The air conditioning could have been more effective and the quality of the bathroom towels could have been better.

Un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel de Gandia.

Nous avons passé 11 jours en demi pension dans ce grand hôtel, de 10 étages, proche de la plage. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est aimable et très accueillant.

Location very good. A couple of blocks back from a wonderful beach. A block away from sports port area with plenty of night life. On the main bus route into the old town.

Some food at dinner was cold.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with everything you need for a few nights stay. Just 5 minutes from the beach. Great selection of items for breakfast specifically if you like sweet things.

Great family location

Room and terrace were great with a view into the beach! Very clean room, you should try to get at least the room above the 7th floor.. I had the 7th floor and the view were great. All kind of restaurants very nearby..

Breakfast could have been better.. the juice wasn't natural and too sweet.. coffee machine was very complicated. Only one waitress when I arrived to breakfast.. and had to wait until I could check in to have breakfast. Some nights it was a too loud outside, but closing the terrace doors did the trick.

Lovely hotel 5 minutes from the beach with good value for money. I can recommend it.

Stayed at the hotel for the third time. To the sea 5 minutes along a shady street, comfortable beds and pillows, well clean up, large balcony, delicious and cold beer at the bar. Check In/Out was quickly. English speaking reception. The hotel has a very good restaurant, but this time we did not take food simply because breakfast started very late for us at 8-30, and dinner was at 20-30. But this is not a problem of the hotel, this is a cultural feature of Spain. Therefore, if you are traveling for the first time, I highly recommend taking food, you will try a lot of delicious things .

Please put a bell in the bar. It will be very convenient for everyone.

Fresh and clean hotel, great buffet. Good location, supermarket very close and bars, beach and shops.

Very good

The staff are so lovely. The food is very good and fresh, except for the Sunday. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. The balcony has stunning views and the shops are very close. Thank you from Elisa Patricia and Noel ;-)

excellent location,good size rooms and comfortable beds, very clean, very friendly staff, good food.

The evening meal was a little too late for us 8.30 or 9.30pm but we know the Spanish prefer to eat late.

disappointing, unprofessional, unhospitable - so many other choices don't spend your money here

Location is good.

Province of Valencia changed their covid certificate rules on December 4. We arrived on December 8. Hotel never informed us that a certificate was required to check-in or eat breakfast. They sent other promo emails advising first come basis on sea view rooms, and if you purchased full meal plan (we only added on breakfast), your first meal would be lunch on day of arrival. Not one email informing about the province's covid certificate rules that had just come into effect. Hotel refused to refund breakfast portion of stay even after working through booking.com customer support. Nasty staff.

Good but could be improved

Location was great for beachfront and harbour. Not far to drive into Gandia city and Olivia. Easy parking on the streets around the hotel.

The choice of breakfast food was good, but the quality of products available could be improved. The internet connection was very poor in the room and we couldn't even check emails.

Superb

The hotel is well run, clean and comfortable. The staff are all, without exception, friendly and helpful. The food is lovely. I'd definitely stay there again.
