Výborná destinace a velmi slušné ubytování !

Výborné snídaně a večeře,nelze cokoliv vytknout a večeře dokonce formou bufetu z večerního menu !A všeho dost,za tři večeře se nám nestalo,že by něco došlo.

Jak už bylo několikrát řečeno,zvyknout si na barevnou extravaganci v hotelu chvilku trvá .

Freundliches Hotel mit Abstrichen

Das Essen war sehr gut, Frühstücksbuffet war super und beim Abendessen gab's ein kleines Kinderbuffet, und 2 verschiedene Hauptspeisen mit jeder Menge Beilagen, sowie immer Suppe und Salatbuffet. Dann gab's entweder Nachspeise oder eine Vorspeise. Sehr lecker! Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Mit der Tischzuweisung gab's ein Durcheinander, somit mussten wir 2x den Tisch wechseln, was uns aber nichts ausmachte.

Wir hatten gleich zu Beginn kaltes Wasser und die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Nachdem wirs der Rezeption mitteilten, gab's dann heißes Wasser und die Heizkörper wurden kurz warm, Rest der Woche war das Zimmer kalt.. Wir denken dass die Heizung allgemein noch nicht eingeschaltet war, da es im Speisesaal auch immer sehr frisch war. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Das Pop-up Konzept ist sicher nicht jedermans Sache, hat uns aber gut gefallen. Beim Eingangsbereich gibt's nur Stufen und keine Rampe, wo man das Gepäck raufschleppen muss.

ارجو ان تعود سياسة ادارة الفندق نفس الاعوام الماضية . واعادة النظر للاوان المزعجة بغرف النوم

موقع الفندق على النهر جميل جدا وتتوفر مساحة لمواقف السيارات جيده . مساحات الغرف ممتازه ونظافة المغرف عند الاستلام جيدة.

للاسف ادارة الفندق الجديده لم تكن متعاونه مثل زياتي للمكان بالمرات السابقة ... اقمت اربع ليالي ولم يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة الا مره واحده فقط رغم اعلامي لهم عدت مرات وانزعاجي بعده تبديل سلة المهملات . الالوان الجديده الموجوده بالغرف جدا مزعجه وغير مريحة للعين عكس ماكان علية بالعام الماضي .

للاسف كان في السابق من الفنادق الممتازه والان لا انصح به

الموقع كان ممتاز

تم تغيير ادارة الفندق وخضع لعمليه اعاده صباغه و ديكور سيئة جدا جدا الغرف ايضاء سيئة من حيت الخدمات او الراحه ويعتبر الفندق غير مناسب للعوائل بسبب دعمه لمثليه حتى انهم في وقت تسجيل الدخول طلبوا معلومات البطاقه وذلك بحيث انه لو اي شي حصل في الغرفه او نظافتها سوف يتم السحب من البطاقه وهذا العقد موجود في فنادق اخرى ولكن كان من ضمن شروط العقد انه يحق لموظفين الفندق دخول الغرفه في اي وقت لتفتيش الغرفه حتى لو كان النزيل في الغرفه

Drukke weg voorlangs en aan de overkant een bedevaartsoord voor moslims. Niks ten nadelen van hen dat zeker niet maar wel het geluid, tot laat in de avond/nacht en de hoeveelheid ervan.

موقع الفندق وقربه من جميع الخدمات والإطلالة والهدوء وتعامل الموظفين بلا استثناء جميعهم لطيفين والابتسامة ما تفارقهم ومتعاونين من ناحية أي طلب والفطور حقهم حلو يعني لا يجي في بالك نفسنا في الخليج بس اذا جمعت لك كم طبق من اللي يعجبونك بيكون لذيذ وبالذات الاوملت والمربى جداً لذيذ وقهوة الاسبريسو اللي من الألة حقت القهوة في الراس

الإضاءة كانت شوي خافته واللي ما يحب صوت النهر يحاول يطلب غرفة غير مطلة على النهر

Die Landschaft in Kaprun ist sehr schön

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr bemüht die Missstände im Hotel aufzunehmen und diese Info hoffentlich an das nicht vorhandene Hotel-Management weiterzuleiten. die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung.

Halbpension gebucht, aber leider nicht bekommen. Es gab nur an einem Abend etwas zu "Essen". Die Auswahl beschränkte sich auf Tiefkühlware (Fischstäbchen, Chicken Nuggets...). Hauptproblem war wohl, dass kein Hotelmanager anwesend war. Das merkte man sichtlich bei der Moral der Mitarbeiter. (=kein Service). Das Zimmer wurde 1mal in 4 Tagen gereinigt. Frische Handtücher mussten selbst von der Rezeption organisiert werden. Check in gab es für uns keinen... da der diensthabende Rezeptionist leider keine Zeit für uns hatte. (so die Aussage) Das Küchenpersonal hat für sich selbst gekocht und gespeist und Gäste im Speisesaal warten lassen. Omelette gab es beim Frühstück nur für den Koch selbst, aber nicht für die Gäste. (auch nicht auf Anfrage, für Gäste sei die Eierspeise ausreichend, so der Koch) Zusammenfassend kann man sagen: Sowas muss man erst einmal erleben... wir hatten bei der Abreise schon fast damit gerechnet nun eine Einladung zur Show "versteckte Kamera" zu erhalten.

Frühstück konnte bisschen mehr Abwechslungsreich sein und wenn schon Abendessen ausfallen dann wenigstens konnte ein Wasserkocher ins Zimmer gestellt werden und Tassen oder Gläser

Choose wisely…

The location was good. One of the waiters was very kind. After the first 3 days the food was good.

The hotel smelled terribly because when we arrived they were still painting the rooms, reception, halls, restaurant, etc. The rooms are completely painted (even the light bulbs were painted) and because it was so recently painted our belongings were sticking to the furniture. The first 3 days the dinner was refrigerated food heated up in the microwave and one waiter was very angry when we asked for fresh bread (they were serving 2 day old bread wrapped in alimentar foil). The pool was ice cold, so u couldn’t use it to swim or relax…

Facilities - pool, steam, sauna, jacuzzi, breakfast, dinner, free parking Location - beautiful, surrounded by mountains and water, all the attractions and shops nearby and reachable by bus or even walk, you can walk through the town Free summer card (most of the hotels and stay provides it)- includes all major attractions at no cost, including local transport.

Wifi coverage could have been better. Our room had no signal.

Very good

Location, breakfast and dinner are excellent. Rooms are clean and cozy. Sofa bed was not very comfortable, normal bed was fine. Great to have a summer card as it allows to visit for free amazing destinations and thanks for letting our staff stay until the evening.

The water in swimming pool was cold, in my opinion it should be warmer.

Comfortable, spacious room, good breakfast and dinner, kind and helpful receptionist The best thing was the Kaprun summer card, we could visit many places free of charge with it

Great family ski holiday!

The location is very good as the hotel is right in the center of Kaprun. it has bus stations in front of it and a Billa nearby. The food was exceptional and the rooms were very clean.

Perfect trip

Great location and service. Good variety of food, friendly staff, lots of options with the pool and health area. Close to town and the free ski bus to go between resorts. Value for money and the kids had fun too. See you next time.

the location and the views of the hotel are really amazing. The room was clean and spacious. the bed was very comfortable. the greeting was friendly and helpful. the hotel is offering the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card which is really useful. the breakfast buffet is good. would like to stay in again.
