TAKE TIME OUT AT TYDES !

This unique waterfront family holiday home has everything and more for you to enjoy a fantastic getaway.
This large spacious open plan house sleeps up to 6 adults plus children, ideal for sharing with family and friends.
Bring your own boat or enjoy the supplied row boat and kayaks.
With amusement machines, pool table and table tennis on-site you won't need to find something to do if the weather's not ideal.
If you do go out, located 5 mins drive is the Tuggerah Westfield Shopping Centre with its cinema complex, DJ's, Target and Woolworths.
Just around the corner are the local shops with Coles, chemist, post office and tavern.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
While the standard check-in time is 4.00pm and check-out is 11.00am I am always happy to offer earlier check-ins and later check-outs where possible. This is especially significant for weekend bookings where my regular check-out time is 4.00pm on the Sunday (or Monday).

ACCOMMODATION:
Tydes has 3 bedrooms and is ideally suited for up to 6 adults and 2 children.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed
The 2nd Bedroom is a large "family-friendly" room with a queen bed plus a double fold-out sofa bed.
The 3rd bedroom contains 2 single beds.

All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs.
Also upstairs is the main bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet), and there is also a separate toilet adjoining the main bathroom.
There's another toilet & shower downstairs.

Please note that as Tydes has only 3 bedrooms it is not suitable for more than 6 adults.

We had a fantastic time. Eventhough the weather was not great, we had lot's of fun in the games room downstairs. The house had everything we needed. We will definitely look at booking again, I wish we could have stay longer, 3 nights went too quick but thank you for the late check out that was great too.

Overall, we had a lovely relaxing weekend. Spending quality time with family. No need to leave “Tydes” with all sorts of entertainment and activities on hand. Safe fenced yard for our fur baby. Only downside (but very very annoying) is the fans in all bedrooms are so noisy, you cannot actually sleep with them on. They are old and definitely need replacing. We just chose to stay hot in order to have peace and quiet to sleep. We have 2 adult children with special needs and autism and they loved it. They actually want to go back again. So a thumbs up from us 👍 Also good value for the price

Our group had a wonderful time. There was something for everyone at Tydes: beautifully quiet spot on the waters edge for fishing, watching the local bird life or reading a book; plenty of movies and board games for evening entertainment, pool table, tennis table, pinball machines, arcade game, bike riding, kayaking … local shops around the corner for a quick grocery run or a bite to eat. We will be back.

Where do i start We have a family holiday once a year with my adult daughter and our niw 13yr old grandson Choosing a different location and venue each year, Tydes has changed that now, after 5 nights and 4 days of so many things to choose from, water sports, fushing from the backyard, a games room filled with so many great things to do and the list goes on and on. The beds thatbyou fall into after a fun filled day are luxurious, the matresses are so comfy we actually ordered one online exacy the same while we were there, it is a local business, and they deliver for $80 to our door in Sydney !! It is called Original Matress Factory So thank you Chris , we will be back again and again Noelene , Paul , Monique and Sef

This place is amazing, we did not want to leave. Everything from the huge comfy lounge, great well stocked kitchen an amazing games room with arcade machine, 2 pinball machines, pool table, wet bar and streaming music system an absolute dream. Only regret is we didn't catch any fish. We will be back but next time in Summer. Thanks Chris for the amazing house an communication.

We had a lovely stay. This was a home away from home with so many extras that made it feel like a real holiday. This was our second stay at Tydes and it didn’t disappoint. The house offers all you could need. We rode bikes, went kayaking, played pool and table tennis and ate by the river. Just lovely. And importantly lots of great hiding spots for Easter eggs. Thanks Chris. Kids are already asking when we will be back!

We had a wonderful time. The facility was so great that we need not go out anywhere else. It is a great place to stay. It did rain one day but because of the entertainment opportunities in the house, we had a fantastic time. We will be back! Well done Chris

Loved our stay here, the house has everything you could need whatever the weather throws at you. We were lucky with beautiful weather and it was great to put our boat in at the boat ramp one street away and moor it at the bottom of the garden. We cooked dinner our first night, the kitchen was well supplied and the BBQ was easy to use. We enjoyed using the supplied kayaks, pinball machines and pool table too as well as sitting in the garden chilling out looking at the water. The owner was really responsive when I messaged him with a couple of questions.

Beautiful spacious home that literally has everything you need - we stayed for a weekend trip with the family (including 2 little dogs) and we all loved it and had so much fun. We did some fishing and kayaking and when it got too hot, we enjoyed some indoor games in the entertainment area downstairs. The street is quiet and seems quite safe. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Chris also had excellent communication and responded quickly to any questions we had. We also got an early check in and late check out which was great. Definitely will be back again.

My husband relived his youth playing the pinball machines (couldn’t get him off them!). The kids began to give their parents a run for money on the pool table. The house is very clean and well set up with everything you need. The canoes were fun and we enjoyed feeding the ducks…particularly a mum and her 7 ducklings..soooo cute! 🤗 A little further from the beaches than we hoped, but we enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊

Huge house with beautiful outlook onto trees and the creek. Impressed by the high quality of everything - huge TV screen, comfy lounges, great beds, access to kyacks, the downstairs pool table, ping pong table, juke box, pinball machines. Attention to all the little things was appreciated (eg herbal tea, coffee bags, extra virgin olive oil .. very generous). Located in a quiet, peaceful area and only a 15 min drive to the beach. Absolutely loved Tydes and was sad to leave. Will definitely rent again. Chris is an excellent host.

We were so happy with our stay in Chittaway, loved it! There for a significant birthday event and it was the best place to enjoy A great time! The games room and bar area with pool table, table tennis, darts , 2 pinball machines and space invaders/ Pac-Man machine, the house was wonderful and so clean with very comfortable beds! Right on the river! We will definitely book again!! Thank you to the owners for making my birthday special!! Loved it 😍

My family had the best stay at Tydes. A Beautiful spot for a short getaway while still being close enough to greater Sydney. The house is very large and comfortable, with every amenity (and more) provided for. All the way from Kayaks and Bikes, through to a great entertainment system, and every required staple in kitchen. You will want for nothing. But if required the local shops have everything, supermarket, chemist, bottle store...etc The games room will keep everyone entertained, along with the beautiful fully fenced backyard which backs onto the river. Even managed to catch a fish from the backyard. Chris is the perfect host, extremely responsive, right down all the little things like installing an app i required on the TV prior to arriving. The house is spotlessly cleaned and everything was easy to use and find. Definitely recommend TYDES, and we look forward to returning in the future.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the set up of this fabulous house. Our teenage son went straight to the pool table (before unpacking the car!). We enjoyed all the activities on offer both upstairs and down. The location suited us too with only a short drive from Sydney. We had our two old staffies with us and appreciated they could stay and not be in the car for too long. They loved the big outdoor area. 4 days went too quickly and we are keen to return! Unfortunately we only got to spend 2 nights as we had had to evacuate due to floods . Chris was amazing making sure we were all ok and got out safely. I didn’t even have to ask for a refund as money was back in my bank . I hope you and your amazing place is now ok Chris .
