The room was upgraded from single to double on the top floor with triangle ceiling.
The toilet seat didn’t stay up.

The hotel staff was nice, talkative, and friendly. We also got a surprise -- a bigger room than we originally ordered. The wellness center is included in the stay's price. Our room was nice and cozy. Breakfast offered a lot of choices.
We have also bought ourselves an Arosa Tourist card for one of the days of our stay to take advantage of free cable car runs. The card is offered for a surcharge of 7.80 CHF.
The wooden floor in our bathroom was creaking, probably because of some previous "water accident".

Very good place to stay, the hotel manager was extremely friendly, we received a room upgrade and we were able to have a very early check-in.

The hotel was really clean, the staff really helpful and kind. We had a very amazing time. The wellness part is also great, we had a wonderful time in the jacuzzis and the sauna. We brought our dog with us and she enjoyed it quite a lot. The hotel was in a great spot to reach most hiking routes which she loved. We really recommend it.

The staff at the hotel are exceptional. We had paid for bed and breakfast but we also decided to have our evening meal at the hotel. The food was excellent and very good value for money.
There was nothing I didn't like. As a suggestion, I always like a cup of tea first thing in the morning, so having facilities for making tea or coffee would have been great.

Excellent location, facilities and service. Our lovely stay at Astoria made our Arosa trip wonderful. Sanitary measures were respected so we felt safe. Fantastic big bathroom with brilliant shower pressure. Our room had two balconies and great views around. We used the jacuzzi which was wonderful and had breakfast which had good vegan options. Do take advantage of the tourist card - great deals - we went to see the Bear sanctuary. Parking was easy - just up the road (before you turn down to the hotel) there is a small parking area. 5CHF for 24 hours which is very reasonable.
The doors are not very sound proof but all the other guests were respectful so this wasn't a problem.
