This hotel was just in the right place for us finishing our cycle along the River Rhine and it was just right!

Bike friendly, with secure shed for bikes out the back. Tasty vegetarian option in the restaurant

nice decoration

short ceiling in our room in some part of apartment as we needed to be very careful to move around. one of the towels was not clean the worst experience of check out, as we needed to wait 30 minutes still, could not find the staff to check out and we left the key although we even called the number they have provided

Excellent, can’t wait to come back!

Very close to amenities, the staff super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. room was exceptional and had everything we needed for our stay.

Good choice for a short stay in South Holland

Decent hotel in a building which has a century of history. If you come by car you can leave your vehicle nearby on the street for free. The breakfast was good, the rooms were spacious and clean. There are multiple restaurants available in walking distance from the hotel.

This is not Hotel Amerika's fault but acomodation in the Netherlands in general is ridiculously overpriced.

Highly recommend this hotel. Would really recommend for a meal st the Bistro, if I lived in Holland

Breakfast was brilliant, just what we needed. We had dinner at the Bistro and the food was exceptional! Congratulations to the chef , one of the best meals I have had! Serving staff Stephen and the lady (don’t know her name) were really good! Really looked after you, can’t recommend enough!

Not what the pictures promise

Location was perfect, the bar etc were closed but looked nice.

The room was very bad kept for a good hotel like this. The wallpaper in the room was tearing, there was no ventilation in the bathroom which meant it became a pool and condensed nightmare. Also the room was like an attic with a slated ceiling. Very different from the pictures shown on booking. It honestly surprised us it has such good ratings.. the rest of the building looked nice but this room was not it!

Overnight stay before Ferry

Lovely Hotel in good location.

Very clean, comfortable Hotel which is convenient for the Ferry and Metro. The room was very nicely decorated and well equipped. Our room had a little garden which was a bonus. Breakfast was included in the price and the food was of good quality and there was enough choice. Staff were friendly and our room was spotless. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The room we had was split level with the bedroom area upstairs. This may be unsuitable for those with mobility problems.

Only stayed the one night. Ideal for catching the ferry.

Plenty of choice. Good food. Hoed van Holland is a nice town. Plenty of shops and eateries. Lovely clean beach just a short drive away with plenty of parking at the beach.

We were fortunate enough to have a blue badge for parking, and was able to find a place quite close to the hotel. Otherwise it’s pay and display for a limited time during the day. Overnight free.

Location. Breakfast.

No big lights in bath and bedroom. Broken soap dispenser. No shower soap. Broken soap dispenser on sink. Horrid view out back. Fan in top light would not go off. No safe parking for motorcycle as requested and yold yes. Had to park outside hotel in street where the lady doing breakfast said it was not safe.
