Exceptional hotel and location with amazing staff. Don’t hesitate to book!

Overall, all of our expectations were exceeded from the front desk, breakfast and room service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend the Bontadosi hotel and Spa in Montefalco. Jade and Silva at the front desk to the breakfast staff team all were exceptional. The location is wonderful. Public Parking is easy and close by.

La struttura è veramente meravigliosa, impeccabile, storica e di design!!! Situata nella piazza centrale e anche in un punto strategico, senza considerare la vista meravigliosa che ha camere.non potevo desiderare di meglio!!

Disappointing and overpriced.

Location, fridge, beds, cleanliness

The air con didn't work and the temperature was extremely high. Staff did not help to improve the situation despite requests. Not a 4* service, very disappointing and over priced.

Enjoyed our entire stay!

A lovely hotel is in a perfect location set in the center of The Palazzo of Montefalco. Outstanding service from a very warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious! We also dined in the restaurant at the hotel and the dinner was outstanding! So convenient to so many beautiful towns and wineries. An added plus is the spa!!

we spent 2 nights in Montefalco, a beautiful small medieval hill town , I am very happy to have discovered it by and als

palazzo Bontadosi was a beautiful elegant property, with modern interiors totally sympathetic to the age of the palazzo. I loved the fact it was on the piazza with very easy walking to all restaurants and places of interest . staff were welcoming and friendly, they organised taxi from Foligno station. Interiors were very comfortable and spacious with delicious breakfast.

A sheer delight.

We loved every second. From the warm greeting to spa facilities to the spacious room with a view to the indulgent dinner and fantastic private breakfast - we were pampered. Can't wait to return.

Not a thing lacking. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fabulous dinner- one of the top chefs in Umbria produced a fabulous meal despite it being Sunday

A wonderful location, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel which we would certainly recommend

Location very good, food high standard, staff very pleasant. There was a festival over the weekend which added a lot to our stay although some people might have found it noisy under their bdroom window.

We stayed in a junior suite which was a very large room, but we would have expected either two comfortable armchairs or a sofa. Instead there were two plastic chairs and a large bath in the room. We did not need the bath in the living accomodation. Hoped to eat breakfast in outdoor garden but it was closed.

The room is beautiful, with a very high ceiling ! It's all super clean and the staff was very nice, at the reception and the breakfast. It's of course very well situated in the center of the tiny village of Montefalco.

I would say for this standards and price, the breakfast was a bit poor ! Not a lot of choices. We did enjoy it anyway but for that price it's usually more furnished !

The location was brilliant, right in the town center, parking space available and comfortable, the room was beautiful and fresh, the view is exceptional, the food was great and the service was TOP. They were very kind and helpful in going around the area.
