Everything was great. Starting with the management and staff to the location and facilities, the restaurant and food was wonderful. All hotel and restaurant staff were amazing and kind, very professional and cooperative. The location is unique.

Absolutely perfect! Very close to lifts, facilities were impeccable, staff was wonderful and extremely helpful.
Only problem was that we didn’t have more time there. Would absolutely stay there again on any future trips to area.

My hubby and I had a lovely break away here. The room was gorgeous with a very comfy bed and fabulous hot shower and bath, great after a full day skiing. There was a boot room for your skis and storage that warmed your boots, ready for the following day. The staff were all lovely. Breakfast delicious.
We used the sauna most days and when the pool and spa facilities are completed, the hotel will be even more beautiful.
The only thing in our entire experience that we were disappointed with, was dinner. It was expensive for what it was ( my main course was cold in the middle). This was the only factor that, in our opinion, let the hotel down. Had dinner been better, then we wouldn’t have eaten out in other restaurants each night.

very charming hotel with welcoming staff. I’ve seen hotel staff helping customers with booking ski lessons, rental skis etc
The cafe area was perfect to hang out with family and play card games after a day of ski while waiting for dinner time
breakfast was delicious
while it’s not ski in/ski out, you just need to walk few minutes to reach the gondola: I’d rather stay here and walk than stay at the TH hotel
the only downside is that there’s one sauna and you have to book it in advance

Superb location with the mountain behind, views of the Alps from any rooms they have.
Great food, we have been in the restaurant quite a few times, especially for dinner.
Breakfast is great, especially the local organic food,
Staff helpful with guidance, most of the staff speak english.
I believe owners are around almost all of the time so you have the sense of safety.
I cannot find a single thing to say bad about my stay at Chalet Eden.
Again, great location, delicious food and helpful staff.

Super cosy chalet hotel with really friendly staff. Fireplace in the room and the bar was brilliant as well. Highlight: daily petting of the hotel's dog!

The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The furnishing of the interior gave a lovely alpine feel.
The food at breakfast possibly could have had more variety

We stayed in a deluxe suite and the room was incredibly beautiful with 2 floors and smelt of new wood. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was one of the best meals I have ever had.
