Fabulous place to stay.

The views were amazing. Our upgrade to the penthouse was fabulous. Ballina has been the highlight of our trip down the east coast to Sydney. Everything about the penthouse was fine.

We enjoyed our mini holiday we were with friends from England they loved the view from the balcony.

The view was great the location was okay.

I don’t think it could be better, we had no complaints or issues with the apartment or staff everything was good.

Fantastic apartment for get together with friends.

Penthouse was fantastic, comfortable and clean and very spacious.

Some milk, Coffee pod machine would be a great addition and lighting outside on decks.

Clean with plenty of cooking appliances, utensils and containers etc.

The blinds let in a lot of light.

Nice apartment but the front door openes onto a cold, windy passageway.

The view was excellent. Nice to have breakfast and look over the river. The apartment was well appointed and he kitchen equipment was in good supply. The receptionist was very helpful in solving issues with the television and gas stove.

The television needed to be updated with a software updated. This took some time to do. But as previously mentioned we had to ask the receptionist to come up and work out the issue (which she did kindly). The airconditioning had to be run at 27 degrees to get the place warm. Maybe we didn't have it set correctly.

The rug could do with a steam clean and the decor updated. But overall stay was good.

Facilities were very clean and pleasant. Slight glitch when lifts went out but fixed quickly. Some good local cafes within walking distance.

No restaurants or shops within walking distance.

Nice big apartment

The air con and pool were great on the hot weekend! The apartment was a good size for a family of 4.

The bed was a bit soft and the pillows were pretty lumpy. Would have liked some tea bags too.

Spacious tidy unit. Well appointed kitchen.

Only a partial ocean view in this unit, different photos were emailed to me via my booking.com You could just see the ocean over the house and driveway across the road.

easy after hours check in, super comfortable beds, fabulous water pressure in showers - it had the lot

Reception staff very pleasant but disappointing apartment and building and grounds. Very tired.

Good walkable location to Shelly beach. Nice ocean views.

Many steps and too many doors to access apartment. 3 seater lounge was very uncomfortable due to sagging in seating support.
