A pesar de haber llegado corriendo, el recepcionista fue muy amable y me ayudó bastante, además de darme orientaciones sobre qué hacer. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno!

Una notte a Como

Struttura vicino al centro storico , carina calda e accogliente, personale gentile, colazione ricca di varie cose qualitativamente buone, i caffè e cappuccini vengono erogati da macchine elettriche! Nelle vicinanze sono presenti parcheggi a pagamento e vari ristoranti. Frigobar ben fornito.

Stanza un po’ troppo piccola, mancavano dei mobili/mensole per poter appoggiare cose, mancano supporti per appoggiare cose nella doccia, la stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato confinava con una strada molto trafficata di Como, perciò abbiamo percepito vari rumori lievi nella notte. Essendo in Italia a colazione preferirei prendere un vero caffè italiano e non un caffè composto automaticamente da una macchina elettronica!

Breakfast was served in a lovely ground floor area and provided all one needed and more for starting the day. The train station was just a 5 minute walk away.

The receptionist was a little bit rude asking why I needed an extra towel or mumbling because I asked for a spoon

Enjoyed Como. Beautiful city.

Location was great. Just a 5 minute walk to San Giovanni train station. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK.

The room was very warm. The problem is the air-conditioning unit is under the window sill and when the blinds are closed, cool air doesn't circulate through the room.

Everything was really great, location was close to everything, breakfast was good and the shower was excellent!

The only thing that wasn't great about this room was that they had plastic under the sheets and pillow which was a bit uncomfortable but not unbearable. I would stay here again!

Hotel is 2 min from Como st Giov train station and 10 min on foot to city centre. Best value for money place to stay in Como. 3 * for the property but 5* for the staff! I asked for a taxi to be arranged for a visit and the lady in charge was so supportive and happy, making several phone calls to get the best price and best service! If you need additional items just ask! Room is clean with linen at very good condition. Single room small but it is acceptable for one person. Doubles are bigger! WiFi strong and reliable enough to watch TV on your mobile device. Breakfast very nice including of everything you need for a nice start of the day. Supermarket very close less than 5 min 24/7! Recommended as a 3-star hotel!

the booking reservation engine automatically swiped the date to October even tought when I was booking it was May I was booking on the day before my wanted check in day. I ended by mistake booking a room for a month I didn’t want. i arrived at the hotel at the day I believed I booked and the hotel was full. the reservation was non refundable and I understand, but the cold and unfriendly answer I got from the hotel when I reached to them for at least a discount was not nice at all. I wanted to stay even tough the reservation was wrong and if they were not fully booked that night I would have stayed anyway, so I was disappointed. anyway at the end the fault was on me but guest service is terrible.
