Naja, für eine Nacht gerade ok, knapp oberhalb von Jugendherberge einzuordnen dafür aber zu teuer

Ich hatte eine falsche Buchung, mein Fehler. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat mich umgebucht - DAnke!

Zimmerfussboden schmutzig und voller kleiner schwarzer Krüme, hier wurde sicher seit Wochen nicht geputzt. Badezimmer mit Zahnpastaflecken, Becken war nicht gereinigt. Gesamtzustand "abgenutzt"

Nightmarish Experience – Avoid this hotel at All Costs! My recent stay at the hotel was an absolute disaster, and I urge you to steer clear of this place. From incompetent staff to broken promises, this hotel is a nightmare. Upon arrival, it was clear the staff lacked professionalism. The manager, a woman with glasses, sported a fake smile that couldn't hide her rude and dismissive behavior. We booked a room with twin double beds for two adults, a setup we've never had trouble with before. However, accommodating our kids required an absurd fee, despite booking the room as usual. We reluctantly agreed, only for the nightmare to worsen. Our room resembled a cramped hostel, with two-story bunk beds my wife had to assemble. The "inclusive" (for what we paid as well) breakfast was a joke – a meager assortment that wouldn't satisfy a bird. The worst part? On checkout, we were promised a refund from booking.com for the excessive charges, as their policy prevented immediate cancellation. We were assured it was taken care of, only to discover it was a lie. In the morning, they claimed we had to handle it ourselves. They lied and offered no apology. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They're deceitful and lack integrity. Spare yourself the headache and find a reputable place to stay.

Perfect stay for a family en-route to England from the Alps

To avoid the Saturday morning rush and traffic jams driving away from the Alps we decided to travel part way home on Friday night. This hotel located in Dijon had a room for six which was perfect for our party and ridiculously good value. The room was very large and roomy and decorated and furnished in a basic functional manner. The bunk beds were very comfortable and I slept like a log. Thanks to the hotel stop, by getting a head start our journey to the Eurotunnel was stress-free

Disappointing

Blackout blinds on the window are very effective. Extra blankets for cozy sleep.

The bathroom and shower are VERY small. When showering -if you aren't careful- water will escape the shower and spread from the bathroom into the room.

Excellent accommodation for a tight budget.

It was perfect for what I needed. Had just travelled over 100 miles in torrential rain which isn't a lot of fun on a motorcycle 🤣. Accommodation was warm, clean and bed was very comfortable. I only spent one night here but thoroughly enjoyed it. Supermarket not that far away. Yes, it is budget accommodation but I couldn't have asked for anything more for the price. I would definitely stay again. Location wise, I am not sure how close to the centre of Dijon it is but I was simply using it as a stop over. For that it is perfect. Recommended!!

Nothing really, to be honest. As I said, it is definitely budget accommodation so probably not for everyone. For me, it was perfect for my needs.
