Big beautiful spotlessly clean room in a wonderful beach front location. The food in the restaurant is really delicious too! Highly recommended.

Location is fantastic. Staff lovely.
The furnishings very dated. A mat outside of bathroom looks old and dirty. Better to have a bath mat in bathroom. Fridge needs replacing.

Nice big room, with comfy bed. Beachfront with amazing snorkelling. Best snorkelling a short walk down the beach.
Not a big problem, but rooms not completely soundproof, so booked a villa for next stay.

Nothing...it was great.

Fantastic location on beachfront. Swimming and snorkelling right outfront on beutiful beach. Fairly quiet area as Amed is strung out along the road but we found great cafes in easy walking distance. Loved our stay.
ATMs were few and far between...organize cash before arriving as not all locals take card. Bali Bhuana cottages can be paid by card though.

I did like the location , in front of the beach.
They prepared a nice breakfast for me.
It is very sad and I know hotels have a hard time picking up after covid but this hotel is falling apart. Every thing is dirty, cracked pavements, dirty cushions, pool beds falling apart.
Upon checking in, I asked for a quiet bungalow. Well the next morning at 7.30 am workers showed up and the banging started right next door to me. I asked how long it would take and they said 2 more hours, well 4 days later they were still working. They were redoing some ponds and apart from all the banging every body else in the hotel had to stand there and talk about it. So much noise. I did move to another bungalow but it was the same really. Than there was a rainy afternoon and the owners kids ( 3 ) were playing in the pool and screaming and shouting, the whole hotel could enjoy that. They did make it stop finally.
When I paid the bill with my debit card , I had to pay an extra 3 percent on top of the amount because I paid with a card and not cash. I had a big discussion with them but they would not budge saying it was what the bank charged them. I think this is unfair and clients should be made aware before . By the way there is no ATM anywhere near to the hotel so even if you wanted to....
Couch on the patio had termites and the cushions full of smears and spots.

The beach is very close to a room! Location is ok! The inside of a room is very clean and tidy. The bungalow is a really lovely place to stay if you're a couple. The breakfast was adequate - as expected in such place. PS: I almost forgot to mention small but lovely swimming pool and a shower they have!)
I was ready for that - so it is not a "no" to me - there are many insects and they tend to somehow enter a room. But bed curtains do help to avoid them while you sleep. Also what could you expect from a room in a bungalow in a tropical zone? So it is not a problem anyway.

A very good position directly on the beach with corrals, and a view of the Bali Sea and the island of Lombok. It is fun watching the ship traffic. Good pool. breakfast OK. Staff very friendly.
Room was updated but large.

Bali Bhuana Beach is our favourite Bali holiday place for years now. Perfect place for short or long stay, snorkeling from the beach or just chill. Rooms are lovely, spacey and clean, my fav is Bungalow, but all rooms are good and the upstairs rooms have the most beautiful balcony view. Everyone is just great, so nice and friendly, very welcoming and acommodating.
Very easy to organize transfer anywhere around if you don't rent the bike.
(btw the Gili islands trip was cheaper if booked from the Bhuana, just ask at the restaurant - they will organise the pickup to the speedboat and transfer back to the hotel, very convenient too!)
Also would recommend to try the massage there, really good and well priced.
The restaurant is good (try pepe ikan and fried prawns and the banana pancakes for breakfast:)
(Did I mentioned that's our favourite holidays place?:)
Snorkeling is great, lots of corals and fishies, straight from the beach (be careful in low tides - better to get to the water near the boats, as there's a good clean bottom - then heading left or right, corals, fish and turtles are everywhere:)
We'll definitely get back for our next Bali holidays, cannot imagine a better place for relaxing and recharging.
